Brick covering with common burnt clay bricks old size (230 x 115 x 75 mm) laid as width equal to length of brick for protection to cables with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply install, testing and commisioning of LT panel electrical board floor mounted cubical type, outdoor type aesthetically designed fabricated of 3 mm thick outer CRCA sheet and 2mm thick inner CRCA sheet with front and rear opening confirming to IS-8623and incl of bus bar chamber and cable alley, danger notice board epoxy powder coated rust proof paint connecting incoming and outgoing cable connections with suitable lugs nut bolts washers and cable glands prewired complete with suitable size PVC insulated fire retardant copper conductor complete as directed and shall consists of the following items:- (a) Copper bus bar of rating 350 Amp for phases and 175 Amp for neutral mounted on Porcelain insulators - 4 strips (b) Phase indicating lamps ( RYB)- 3 Nos (c ) Multifunction meter for measuring ampere,voltage, frequency etc complete - 1 No (d) MCCB 315 Amps 36 kA 4 pole with Microprocessor thermal and magnatic release - 1 No. for incoming (e ) MCCB 63 Amps 25 kA 4 pole with thermal and magnatic release - 05 No. for O/G (f) Spare for housing MCCB. Note : Panel shall be CPRI approved.

Material & labour, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with galvanised iron earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) including taking down old earthing, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c and MS handle of 12 mm dia MS bar. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 5 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

M&L for boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for submain wiring with 4 runs of PVC insulated FR LS Copper conductor cable 10 sqmm in and including PVC casing caping and including terminal boxes surface type with one run of PVC insulated FR LS 10 sqmm copper conductor earth continuity cable for three light point controlled by one switch / MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for submain wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated FR LS Copper conductor cable 2.5sqmm in and including PVC casing caping and including terminal boxes surface type with one run of PVC insulated FR LS 2.5 sqmm copper conductor earth continuity cable for three light point controlled by one switch / MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 16 Amps rating industrial plug and socket IP44 2P+E male/female

S&F modular switch, 1 module single pole one way 16 Amp complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Socket outlet 3 pin 6/16Amp multipurpose, modular type, 2 module 240 volt complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix White cover plate with frame 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix metal flush box 1/2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 08 way sheet steel phospetised powder painted with IP 43 protection 415 V nautral link, earth bar and Din rail double door complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out split AC cap 2.0 Ton with voltage stabilizer cap. upto 5 KVA and fix in new location as per site requirement and with brick work in CM 1:6 and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 incl transportation, PCC work in new location and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of air conditioner split type 2.0 ton capacity, any make including performing following tasks :- (a) Inspection, taking down, removing grills and outer housing (b) Descaling, brushing and cleaning thoroughly and replacing filter pad of AC (c) Servicing the cooling fan by greasing/oiling the bearing bushes after opening the motor, cleaning the armature, checking and tightening all nuts and bolts etc (d) Checking rectifying the connection, working of thermostat assembly, relay, condenser, heater assembly, compressor and earth connection etc including replacing defective wire and sleeves etc (e) Re-fixing AC in position, after assembling including packing as required at site and testing complete to make it functional Note : Supplying and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix copper tubing size 1/2"(inch) for split type AC cap 2.0 Ton incl insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply only in replacement copper tubing size 1/4"(inch) for split type AC cap 2.0 Ton incl insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply and refilling Gas R-22 for split type AC cap 2.0 Ton.

S & F in outdoor unit stand any size for suitable split type AC cap 2.0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 4 sqmm + 1 x 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable incl Steel conduit of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip.
