Supply, installation testing and commissioning of GSM module based water level indicator digital type comprising of float sensor to senses the water level with the help if gravity ball based technique to be activated with the help of programmable microcontroller (Arduino) complete with display unit for RCC OH tanks of capacity 75000 gallon to 100000 gallons and staging 25 mtrs. the sensor to be installed in RCC OH tank and display unit to be installed in pump house starter panel room. The sensor of water level indicator shall be of rugged in construction & designed for long term maintenance free operation. It should be user friendly & easy to calibrate. It shall be free from any moving parts to avoid wear and tear. The instrument should be manufactured & fullfill all the conditions mentioned in the standard IEC 60571-1998. The display unit shall be compact in size compatible to GSM module which will send SMS targeted person mobile phone. The display unit along with microcontroller GSM Module relay provided with mounting arrangement so that it can be easily mounted alongside starter panel. It shall have inbuilt display for level indication in %age and provide audio & visual alarm at a predetermined value (30% or less of the tank volume) of water level and send SMS alert to the mobile phase of a person . This value shall be user adjustable including dismantling old. Note Connection with appropriate size of cable as recommended by OEM from pump house building to overhead tank along with PVC conduit is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
