Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & bottom of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling ,roof slab ceiling etc.) finished the surfcae even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removing of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item No. 02 to 06: (i).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding & formwork , ladders, cradles etc,for building upto 15.00 m high including removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, (ii) No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed. (iii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty to smoothening the surface by using sand paper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mooss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of white wash , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mooss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of internal surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including 1mm thick Walll care putty and smoothing the surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint including minor repair of plastering etc, ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty for building upto 12.00m high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes For Ser Item No. 07 to 14:- The rates quoted against those items shall be included for the use of scafolding, ladders, cradles etc, including removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm in camouflage pattern , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Pattern of camouflaging as per desired pattern shall be approved by GE. (ii) Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall required to be procured from the same manufacturer. (iii) The rates quoted against those items shall be included for the use of scafolding, ladders, cradles etc, including removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or indian) n. exc. 30cm high, painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks; if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel or Iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls with necessary brackets and making good the mouth of rain water pipe including taking down old pipes ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls with necessary brackets and making good the mouth of rain water pipe including taking down old pipes ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm bore fixed with solvent cement in any position as per site requirement provided with access door fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
