Supply and fixing of SCADA operated outdoor type Pneumatic actuator controlled valve of size 125 mm dia made of SS Body & SS Wetting Elements, IP65/66 Pneumatic Actuator with Intrinsically Safe Siemens SIPART Modulating Type I-P Convertor with 4-20mA Control Signal & 4-20mA Feedback Signals. - 2 nos in accmmulator line for isolation and activiation of of accmmulator. Supply , insallation testing and commissioning of GSM Module based water level indicator digital type comprising of float senser to senses the water level with the help of gravity ball based technique to be activated with the help of programmable microcontroller (Arduino) complete with display unit for RCC OH Tanks of capacity 30000 ltrs and staging 25 mtrs .The senensor to be installed in RCC OH tank and display unit to be installed in Pump house starter panel room. The sensor of the water level indicator shall be of rugged in construction & designed for long-term maintenance free operation. It should be user friendly & easy to calibrate. It shall be free from any moving parts to avoid wear & tear. The instrument should be manufactured & fulfil all the conditions mentioned in the standard IEC 60571-1998 The display unit shall be compact in size compatible to the GSM module which will send SMS to the targeted person's mobile phone . The display unit along with Microcontroller , GSM Module relay provided with mounting arrangement so that it can be easily mounted alongside starter panel . It shall have inbuilt display for level indication in %age and provide audio & visual alarm at a predetermined value (30% or less of the tank volume) of water level and send SMS alert to the mobile phose of a person /persons. This value shall be user adjustable. Note : Connection with appropriate size of cable as recommended by OEM from pump house building to overheat tank alond with PVC conduit is deemed to be included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed.

Supply connecting testing and commissioning of Differential Pressure Transmitter 0-5 Bar with Intelligent Display for Hi-performance application. and connecting with the existing fuel pipe line near Secondary fuel filters at VK-2500 test bed complete all as specified and directed . Supply, Laying & Termination of Siemens make Profinet Network Cable in 2 Loops. The Loop Should Start from 1 PLC Panel route to all other panels in sequence and again terminate back to original PLC. There should be 2 parallel Loops. Laying in perforated Cable Trays inclusive of Supply & Fixing MS Chrome Plated Cable Glands, Crimping the ends with Industrial grade RJ45 Connectors & Dressing of Cables complete all as specified and directed. Siemens Make Profinet Cable with Profinet Connectors at both ends.

Note water inlet coupling should match with the end connection of Russian Hydrobrake system complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication , supply and connecting Stain less steel pneumatic connector of size 65 mm bore suitable for Hydro brake system along with centre support complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Bird Screen in SS-304 material and Cowl in GSS of 22 Gauge for Test bed chimeny at the height of maximum 40 metre from Ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of necessary T&P required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of inverter 2000 VA operated on single phase 220 volts, 50Hz with suitable battery of 12 Volt, 150 Ah for back up of 5 Hrs as per the recommendation of manufacturer all as specified and directed.

Fabrication, writing ,Supply and fixing Informatory Glow sign board size 2.00mtr x1.50mtrx 25cm made out of 1mm thick aluminium sheet frame box type fixed on M.S angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm thick with back support triangle type with same size of angle fixed to roof/wall with nut and bolts etc including 1mm thick acrylic sheet diffused type fixed on one side of frame and letter writing (50 to 75 words),logo/drawing etc. made with computerized added of fully retro reflective high intensity prismatic sheet pasted on board complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The letter size of Main heading shall be minimum150mmx15mm and sub heading letter size shall be minimum 100mmx10mm. Material and labour including necessary T&P for carrying out wiring to flame proof detectors, manual call point and moduler etc for the items listed under item ser No 33 to 34 here in after with copper conductor PVC insulated flame retardent cable of size 1.5 sqmm two core incl looping up to fire alarm panel/Repeater panel complete all as specified and directed .

Fixing only , connecting and testing of flame detector in the existing point of VK-2500 test bed

Fixing only , connecting and testing of Hooters existing point of VK-2500 test bed complete all as specified and directed.

Gas Supression system

Labour only for cutting taking out MS pipe laid across the floor of test bed for installation of Engine test Russian module equipment incl Hydrobrake system (as per user requirement) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out brass spary nozzle from the existing dismantled MS pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of pipe line and other connected accessories (heavy duty) as per user/OEM/site requirement and by making good the disturbed pipe fire fightifng pipe network comprising of neessary machine/welding work and making the scomplete piping network for fire fighting system meeting the recodmmended design and specification as per the original/existing piping layout complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for refixing of brass spray nozzles in the determined location by the by user and as per site to meet the fire supression condition complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for taking out the fire alarm panel and removing of fault and connected all accessories as directed by Engr-in-Charge for ommissioning of gas cyclinder qty 22 Nos and gas release panels by making /tatesting of complete system functional complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only abort and release unit as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out aluminium cladding and insulating material from the lower section of exhaust pipe (Chimeny) Main Engine. Jacking up the exhasut pipe on with the help of hydraulic jacks and resting on MS plateform to avoid any damage to exhaust pipe as well as to test bed equipments . Cutting of lower section of the chimeny with gas cutter and turning the angle of chimeny to match exactly with the angle of engine exhaust . Welding of chimey after alinging with the Engine exhaust after firmly holding the chimeny of existing exhaust pipe (Chimney) . Providing new nuts and bolts for tightning of upper and lower part of chimeny . Providing fresh insulating material in between the MS pipe and aluminium cladding. Covering of insulating material with aluminium cladding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Special T&P required along with highly skilled manpower to carry out the subject Job 1. Tenderer are directed to visit the site before quoting the tender. 2. Work to be carried out on the direction of OEM of test dbed equipment/user to meet their requirement. 3. Damage to any air force equipment or other items shall be make good by the contractor at his own cost.

Cutting of existing SS pipe line 200 mm dia (water return pipe of Hydro brake system) to required length as per site requirement . Taking out the pipe to outside of the test bed with help of fork lifter . Prviding and welding SS flangs 210 mm internal dia with argon welding - 01 Nos. . Repositioning of pipe and connecting with SS flexible hose pipe compmlete all as directed and specified

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (conforming to Fe-410-W grade E-250 quality A) incl painting one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of black synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil for laying of pipe and cable etc complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1 made of M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying ,testing and connecting DI pipe lines conforming to IS 839-200 of size 100 mm dia CLASS K-9 laid in trenches (Including all fittings making connection to existing lines ) with spigot and socket ends / rubber joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing sluice valve CI body with Steel spindle with hand operated iron wheel both ends flanged and drilled including ring, nuts, bolts class PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000. ISI Marked of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs all as specified in SSR Part I

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and filling epoxy repair mortar ACROPOXY or equivalent in the horizontal construction joint of the RCC wall after making V groovs of size 25 mm wide and 12.5 mm deep over over a prime coat after cleaning the grooves throighly free of all foreign particles including the curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing injection pressure grouting with a 40 PSI pump in V shaped grooves and on the floor area @ 1 Mtr C/C & 1 hole /sqm respectively by drilling holes and fixing aluminium a nipples with quick setting compound Acroset and injecting cement slurry mixed withn non-shrink grouting compound Acro Ex & acrylic chemical acrocrete @ 250 gms & 2 Kg per bag of cement respectively and finally cutting nipples and plugging holes complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Enginer-in-Charge

Providing and laying two coats of polymer modified cementitious wateproof flexible coating using base coat of cemtn slurry made with cement @ 1.75 kg/sqm and @ 1.00 Kg/Sqm after cleaning the surcface throughly free of all foreign particles such as laitance etc and laying of fiber reinforced mesh synthetic (overlaps of joints of fiber shall not be less than 10 cm ) and top protective layer of made with cement layer of cemetn slurry made with cement @ 1.58 Kg/sqm and Acrocrete or equivalent (Acrylic cbased chemical ) @0.83 Kg/sqm and curing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
