Supply and fix in replacement for earthing pit funnel and repair to earth pit with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and plaster work inner or outer etc, complete all as specified.

Supply only common salt for mixing with water for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Charcoal for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Magnisium Sulphate (MgSo4) for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix earthing indicator made out of Aluminium sheet of size 30 cm x 25 cm, 3mm thickness with support of flat iron frame of size 25 x 4 mm including necessary PCC work over and including one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Ring Earth Pit which includes the installation of following. (a) Digging /Auguring /Boring of Five Single Earth Pits of 100 mm to 125 mm dia to the depth of approx. 2.8 metre. (b) Insertion of 17.2mm x 3000mm Earth Electrode of low carbon steel with molecularly bonding of electrolytic grade copper coating (purity 99.9%) having min. 250 microns thickness shall comply with Specification IEE 80- 2013 & IS 3043-2018 and penetrating it at least 0.2 metre by pushing gently with sledge hammer where the natural soil is assumed for all five pits. (c) Filling of Earth pit with Earth Enhancement Compound (ITPC-EECP15) in slurry form and backfilling. (d) Job of Exothermic Welding Material for bonding the earth system shall be as per RDSO specs, which includes graphite moulds, clamps weld metal powders. (e) Carrying out exothermic weld connection job on the single earth electrode to a copper tape of 150 x 25 x 6 mm. (f) Carrying out exothermic weld connection job on the copper tape of 150 x 25 x 6 mm of on master Earth Electrode for connecting two 35 Sqmm cables for redundancy. (g) MEEB of size 300 x 25 x 6 mm is to be fixed inside the equipment room with two insulation studs. (h) 300 x 300 x 300 mm (inside dimension) concrete Earth Pit with a concrete lid, approx. 50 mm thick with pulling hooks, shall be provided to cover the pit. Back side of the cover will be painted in black and date of the testing and average resistance value shall be written. (j) Except the master earth pit all the remaining earth pits are to be buried in the ground.

(k)Digging of trench to min depth of 0.5 m and laying 20 x 3 mm bare copper tape connecting all the five Earth Pits. (l) Routing and laying 20 x 3mm copper tape connecting all the five Earth Pits. (m) Carrying out exothermic weld connections job on all the five Earth Electrodes to Copper tape of size 20 x 3 mm for interconnection of earth pits. (n) It shall be ensured that the distance between any two earth electrodes shall be minimum 3 m and max. Upto twice the length of the Earth Electrode to avoid mutual resistance effects. Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, including Copper strip 20 x 3 as earth lead fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers etc and other end connected to the test point including 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mess including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm etc including dismantling of old earthing, complete all as directed and specified. Note : The earth value/result must be less than 3 ohms.

Supply and fix in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long as per site requirement with saddle complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing of copper strip size 20 x 3 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on insulator or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Porcelian/suitable insulators with nut, bolts, screws for fixing strip at the span of one meter and for fixing the strip on high rise bldgs not more than 20 Metres to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of Aluminium strip of size 25 x 3 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead to wall on insulator or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as directed. Note :- Porcelian/suitable insulators with nut, bolts, screws for fixing strip at the span of one metre and for fixing the strip on high rise bldgs not more than 20 Metres to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable LT Feeder Pillar Box out door type 1.1 KV made out of MS CRCA sheet of size 3.15 mm thick having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of size 200 Amps for phase and 100 Amps for neutral fixed on LT 8 Nos insulators of size 0.60Mx0.45M X 0.45M with 04 legs made out of MS angle 50X50X5 mm & 0.75 Metre in length with locking arrangements, front and back opening, including danger notice board with skull & bone monogram & indicating 1100 volts danger board and including PCC foundation with suitable PCC work in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and earth work and incoming and out going connections and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
