External Electrification

Supply and fixing LED street light 70Watt 230 Volt AC of energy saving , environmental friendly , long life versatile pressure die cast type comprising an extruded aluminium housing with pre-wired gear type with suitable LED drivers as per company specifctions , heat resistance flat glass suitablly for gasketed for IP 66 protection with excellent thermal management road way luminaire with high power LED as light source , complete with all acessories pre -wired fixed o pole/wall bracket and connected, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 Watt 230 Volt of energy saving ,enviromental friendly, logn life ,exclusive innovation die cast aluminium IP 66 protection with extruded aluminium housing with pre -wired gear with LEDs and suitable driver, heat resistant flat glass suitable gasketed for IP 66 protection ,complete with all acessories prewired with fixing arrangement on pole /wall as per site requirement with brackets and clamps ,bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box made of MS factpry made of size 450x450x150mm of 2 mm thick powder coated out door type comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 'B' Series 240 Volts TPN bus bar not less than 25x5mm aluminium strip and fixing clamps of size 25 x 5 mm two nos including necessary MS nut, bolts and locking arrangment with lock pressure type,connection hole in four Nos each bus bar with nuts ,bolts and washer made of galvanise iron and connection thimble etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L pole mounting light fitting bracket made out of GI pipe 50mm dia bent to shape as directed, 1.2 Mtr long with FI clamp 40 x 5 mm thick hole fastner, nut and bolts , including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of up to 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT cubical panel of size 1000x800x400mm, factory made, compartment type, dust and vermin proof (IP-55) out door type suitable for 1100 volts grade, 3 phase, 4 wire supply, floor mounted fabricated out 3.15 mm thick (14 SWG) CRCA Sheet duly powder coated and grouted with 50mm X 50mm X 6mm angle iron frame, 120 cm long angle iron legs on PCC foudation with cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 and front & rear double door type inclusive locking arrangement with provision of all incoming/outgoing cable entries along with hanging provision ,suitable size of double compression type cable gland for incomming & out going cable marking of cable with marked MCCB of Bldg all as specified and comprising the following:

a)  LT bus bar aluminum 200 Amps, 4 strips, duly sleeved with relevant colored insulation heavy duty mounted on insulators =1 Set b)   LED Amps meter 0-200 Amps/5 Amps with CT’s and selector switch digital type= 01 Set. c)  LED  Voltmeter 0-500 volts with selector switch digital type =1Set. d)   Phase indicator RYB =01 Set. e)  Incoming MCCB AC, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA (ICS = 100/ICU)= 01 No. f)  Outgoing MCB AC, 2 pole, 40 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 10 KA= 02 Nos  g) Outgoing MCCB AC, 2 pole, 16 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 10 KA= 01 Nos (h) Internal connections with colour code copper cable multistranded of suitable size copper thimbles etc as per manufacturers design and specfification (j) Danger notice plate 440 V with conventional skull and bones in red signal colour - 01 No (k) Earthing terminal-02 Nos

SECURITY FENCING AND GATE

Supply and fixing of chain link fencing, PVC coated 3mm dia galvanised steel wire (n.exc 4 kg/sqm) of mesh size 100x100mm, fixed to MS posts by means of MS screws to flat iron complete all as specifed and directed

REFRIGERATION,AIR CONDITIONING & DESERT COOLERS

Supply and fixing, installation , testing and commissioning of Desert cooler electric driven single phase , having nominal air flow capcity of 600 CUM per Hour,24 Gauge steel body complete with connected accessories and water lifitng pump of suitable size with eletrical accessories incl wiring and selector switches complete with and incl suitable MS stand/ channels embedded/grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 in wall/ floor all as specified and directed.

Supply and instalation testing and commissioning slpit type AC ( Outdoor /inddor) of capacity 1.5 Ton 5 Star rating with inverter type with BEE 5 star, single phas, inddoe and outdoor unit with cordless remote control and with in inbuilt air ionizer and plazma filter for better inddor air quality, necessary suction and discharge copper piper line as per requiremnt in site from inner unit to outer unit duly insulated with pvc/thermoal laminated sheet incl welding,brazing,to make leak proof, 15mm dia PVC pipe of superior quality for drainage of condensed waer including stand for mounting outdoor unit as company manufacture at site and instruction manual and electric connection and electric cable form indoor unit to outdoor unit incl connection with cable of size required up to stablizer and for DB box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for auto operation ,single phase ,naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with out put voltage stablizer at 230V with accuracy with in +/- 2.5% and speed of corrrection 8 volts per second and of capacity 4 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 198 Ltrs or higher cpacity 5 Star BEE rating Direct cool Inverter Single door refrigerator, Scarlet plumerica , Base stand with drawer ,electric driven (single phase),with smart inverter compressor and runs n home inverter and energy efficiency and more power saving capacity upto to 195/200 Litres .BEE 5 star rated and 10 years warranty on compressor and more durability on body with Speacious chillar tray, large vegitable basket, anti bactrial gasket and anti rat bite and toughned glass shelves all as specified and directed.
