AMF PANEL CONTROL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Plc/logical Controller based AMF indoor type LT panel board suitable for 58.5 KVA DG Set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system confirming to IS;8623/93, Floor mounting along with factory made type panel vermin proof, fully ventilated as per IP 45. The panel shall be front operated- front and rear openable along with all panel accessories hings, rubber gasket, locks with common earth bus at bottom inside panel board with independent plate at bottom. The front facia shall duly compartmented for each switchgear and control gear, including internally and externally the entire steel surfaces chemically cleaned with powder coating colour simens grey RAL-7032. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements proper gasket. The panel mounted on frame grounted with PCC grounting in PCC 1:3:6, including accommodating the controls gears, switchgears complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The engine and alternator shall be factory assembled in premises of OEM for Gen set.
(ii) The Generator set prime mover shall produce sufficient BHP at 0.8 PF with 10% overloading.
(iii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to distrbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.
(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first filling of lubricant oil. (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by Accepting Officer; including FOL, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

Back Pressure due to the Emission Control retrofit device :- Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM(as per the capacity of the DG set) compection of path work complete all as directed. General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- (a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device.
(b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust.
(c)Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc.
(d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint.
(e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery will be as per direction of Engg-In-Charge.
(f) The contractor shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. Engg-In-Charge shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for Two hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set.

(g) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the contractor
Scope of Installation :-
(a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device including scope of supply is inclusive in the quated rate and shall be done by the contractor and nothing extra will be pay.
(b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the contractor.Warranty/Service:- 12 months from the Date of Complition. Minimum 2 visits necceary in maintenance period in a year during warranty period :- Deliverbles Time Schedule : Submission of approach of work/ methodology, Drawings and the details of team as per the scope of work within 30 days after placement of work order & Delivery Of Device shall be in 60 days.
Installation, Testing Commissioning at site of retrofit emission control device on existing DG sets will be complete in 180 days.
