Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates using as in roof kerb, benching and like etc including chamfering on edges, necessary form work in and including demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and coveringg concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for and remove all the debris out of MoD land upto 18 metre height ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Repairing the edges of RCC chajja, fascia, columns, beams & loft of stair cases and like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates including necessary formwork or provision of rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chicken wire mesh and finishing the surface fair and even including applying a coat of cement of slurry @3kg/ sqm of surface; surface area not exceeding 600mm wide in patches including taking down swollen/ damaged plaster or concrete and remove all the debris out of MoD land upto 18 metre height ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as chajjas,roof/floor slabs and simillar work n.exc 200mm thick rough finished flat concrete surfaces any description upto 18 mtr height, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crusehd stone aggregate in chajjas/facias/beam and the like complete including drilling into exsting RCC work and inserting/embedding TMT bar in Old RCC work and binding with existing reinforcment of beam/column/chajja etc of any type in and including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position and removal of debris outside MoD land & stacking of scrap iron, for credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item No.3 to 7: (i) Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding including necessary props as required upto 18.00 Mtr height building (iii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Rendering 15 mm thick om fair faces or othe than fair faces of brick work /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surfcae even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & bottom of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling ,roof slab ceiling ,mumty and stair case flightetc.) finished the surfcae even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removing of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item No. 08 to 11: (i) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding work as required upto 18.00 Mtr height building (ii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., builot in cement or cement lime mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 in and including raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints of old cement concrete tiles/brick tiles built in cement mortar, laid on roof average 10 mm deep and cleaning with wire brush and re-grouting and flush pointing the joints in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement to make it leak proof, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white washing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty to smoothening the surface by using sand paper , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mooss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of white wash , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mooss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old painted steel or Iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item no.19 and 22 : Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding , ladders, cradles etc, removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint for building upto 18.00m high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty for building upto 18.00m high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls iand preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and filling the cracks/holes with wall care putty to rubbing down and stoping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern as approved by GE with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over over old surfaces for building upto 18.00m high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm for building upto 18.00m high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 25 and 26 : Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer. Notes for item No. 23 to 26: (i).Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding for building upto 18.00m high. (ii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces by using sand paper and filling the cracks/holes with cement wall care putty and applying one coat of oil bound distempe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of internal surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces by using sand paper and applying 1mm thick cement wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or indian) n. exc. 30cm high, painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks; if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc., painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks; if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded PVC, tripple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. including ball brass valve of 20 mm bore,high pressure,with polythene float and fly nut in and including dismantling PVC water tanks exc 251 ltr but n. exc 500 ltr capacity by disconnecting existing water connection and removal from site ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls in and including stack pipe clamps making good the mouth of rain water pipe including taking down old unservicable pipe and fitting etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore fixed with solvent cement in any position as per site requirement fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing vegetation of any type form cajjas, balcony, mummty slab in any part of building including making good to distrubed surface with 50 mm thick pcc 1:2:4(20mm graded stone aggragate) mixed with water prrofing compound any description upto 18 mtr ht, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Cost of waterproofing compound included in the rate)

Uprooting completely tree/ plants (upto 30 cm girth) from wall or any part of building upto double story buildings, making good disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) & PCC (1:2:4) to match with the existing surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
