Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in chajjas, parapets, water tanks not otherwise described ( re-inforcement to be cut to facilitate demolition by mechnical means) with and including removal of the same out side the MoD land to a place designated by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The cost of segregating steel from RCC for schedule of credit shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted & nothing will be admissible on this account.

Dismantaling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and chiselling the existing bituminous coating and rubbish off the premises with and including removal of the same out side the MoD land to a place designated by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughning the old surface of concrete, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc with and incl brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section mechanically of minimum width 5mm and depth equal to width in existing RCC roof parapet or terracing, cleaning out etc the surface and applying approved cracks sealant as per manufacturer's instructions Make : Pidilite or Equivalent approved make as specified here-in-after.

M&L for plain cement concrete (RMC) (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof with and including maintaining the required slope and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed Note : RMC for Roof Padding shall be conveyed and laid using Hydraulic Pumping system.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamferred on edge, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating etc with and including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting groove in brick walls 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting APP polymer membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Pidilite URP 301 as per manufacturer's instructions with and including removal of the same out side the MoD land to a place designated by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on the surface of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation/cleaning the plastered or concrete surfaces and applying water proofing treatment to (roof) horizontal surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm (b) A layer of minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm, and min 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles (EXCEPT TILES) bedded over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. S&F False ceiling board 600 mmx600 mm x16 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles laid on and including grid system of size 24 mm x 32 mm made of hot dipped galvanised steel section . The exposed surface of of grid chemically cleaned pre-painted /backed in polyster paint. The runners of standard length 3600 mm used alongwith cross section of 1200 mm c/c. Wall angle (size 22 mm x 22 mm ) of the same quality as that of grid to be used on periphery along the wall or partition using screws at 600 mm centre to centre and cross tee ( 24mm x 23 mm), interlocked between main runner at 600 mm c/c ( max) to form grid of 600mm x 600mm. The main runner to be hang from the soffit with the help of 4 mm dia GI wire hanger and 6 mm dia wire anchor fastener at 1200 mm c/c (max) at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Ceiling tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of Make 'Armstrong' or equivalent approved make specified here-in-after.

M&L for rendering (in two layers), Ist layer 10 mm thick (dubbing) in cement mortar 1:4, 2nd layer 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on wall/concrete surfaces (edges of chajjas, roof, roof projectios and similar items) finished surface even and fair w/o using extra cement with and incl taking down existing broken surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls using wall care putty to make surfaces smooth and applying two or more coats of 100 % premium emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 Gms/ ltr and UV resistance as as per IS-15489-2004, Alkali and Fungal resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer of the same manufaturer applied at 0.9 ltr / 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stack clamps for 110 mm bore of pipe made out of 50 x 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, ccoping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating etc with and including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron earth strip 32x6mm (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm bore, and watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip/wire and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper Plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using copper earth strip 20x3mm (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 25mm bore, and watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip/wire and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. Fixing only (in repairs) LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 40 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Existing LED Luminaire shall be fixed to same or any other location complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 40 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 69545.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
