M&L for Boring hole under road/ pavement / hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine with and including inserting HDPE pipe of 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts etc including taking out of exisitng unserviceable cable of any size and description including removing/takingout damaged XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/CCI/Gloster/Polycab Note: Excavtion and earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

Repair and servicing of transformer of 4 MVA HT AVR system of any make, any type and capacity ( step up /step down) installed at Take over point comprising with the flowing works:- (a) Taking out transformer oil upto required level and keeping in empty container with safe custody for re-use after servicing. (b) Opening of top cover of transformer and keeping a side and re-fixing the same after tightening of all HT terminal joints (both inside and outside of transformer) including supply and fixing all gasket of bushing of (8 mm thick rubberizes cork sheet) to make leak proof . (c) Checking of tap changing switch connections and tightening and soldering properly for smooth functioning. (d) Replacement of unserviceable bushing and terminals as ordered. (e) Filling up the transformer with existing taken out transformer oil and top up the same with new oil as ordered. (f) Cleaning of oil tank of transformer conservator, core, vent pipes, cooling pipe/fins by decarburizing and finally washing with transformer oil and drying complete. (g) Pouring of transformer oil in the transformer upto required level and connecting all cables and commissioning and testing with load complete. Notes :- (i) Supply & fixing, spare parts for replacement where required, will be included in quoted rates. (ii) New transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (iii) Any minor repair parts such as gaskets, nut, bolts, washers etc that are required to be replaced for satisfactory repair shall be provided by the contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate (iv) In case dehydration of oil is necessary the same shall be also done at site and to be measured separately under appropriate items.

Supply only HT porcelain bush set 11 KV for out door transformer of any size of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT terminals stud with nuts, washers made out of brass of suitable size for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration and Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil (dislodging of transformer minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV(rms) for EHV grade and upto 50KV rms for HV grade at 2 mm/2.5 gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Space heaters for electric panel switch gears for HT 11 KV Panels, heat output Max 80 Watt with thermostat control with complete wiring and installing the same by removing HT panel cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Apex paint spray bottles of one litre for electric panels to prevent rust and moisture of panels.

Supply only non contact voltage tester battery sourced operating voltage from 90V to 1000 V AC pocket sized with all saftey compliance as recommended by IEC ar IE standards.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Warm white/Cool white (as per site requirement) LED street/security light fitting of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Warm white/Cool white (as per site requirement) LED Flood light fitting of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed. Flood lights to be fixed at a height of 20 Mtrs for this necessary climbing arrangements like Hydraulic Ladder, sreet light repairing lift etc.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to copper strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of copper all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Copper strip & GI pipe 40mm dia beyond 7.5mtr length from earth plate shall be measured & paid separately under respective item) .
