The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 67.97 Lakhs/- including taxes and duties. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 90.63 Lakhs/- including taxes and duties. - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 113.28 Lakhs/- including taxes and duties. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The annual turnover during any of the preceding 3 financial years should be at least Rs. 135.94 Lakhs. For an Engineer, the required prior work experience is 3 years, with experience in civil work, including structural and painting works.
