Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sheet metal sectionalised construction double skin AHU with thermal break AL profile with thermal barrier (outer skin 0.8 mm precoated GI & inner skin 0.8 mm plain GI) with 25 mm PUF panel having density 40 kg/cum having static pressure 65 mm with 3+3 row coils of copper tube, aluminum construction fins having fan section with DIDW centrifugal backward curved fan, Drive set with V-belt & Motor ( EFF-1) and vibration insulation pads at the outlet of AHU complete in all respect to run the system as per specifications and directions of Engineer Incharge including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and heights.(Zeco,Edgtech,System Air,Waves MAKE) The filter section of the AHU shall includes the pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 microns The Sound level will be within normal acceptable specified limit. The drain pan should be 18 G, SS 304 having uniform slope from all the sites leading to a single drain outlet including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and heights. 8500 CFM

Chilled Water piping Supply, fixing in position , testing and commissioning of the following over ground MS class 'C' pipes of following diameter cut to required lengths and installed with all welded joints, complete with the necessary fittings like elbows tees and reducers, sockets etc.excluding valves for chilled/ hot water lines but including insulation as per specifications including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and heights. pipe insulation Inside the building shall be done with expanded polystyrene and covered with 26 G aluminum cladding as specified.
