RODENT, TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL MEASURES TO BE ADOPTED AT TECHNICAL COMPLEX DRL TEZPUR AND DRL RDC TAWANG & SALARI (Percentage OH & CP Quote on this amount only) Note: a) See Appendix-B for details of wages and cost of items included in the amount. b) The % (Percentage) quoted is deemed to include the following:- i) Contractor Profit, Over Heads & Service Charges for complete scope of work including Statutory payment given under. ii) Cost of all items/ tools (if any required over and above already included in the element by department in the estimate i.e Appendix ‘B’). iii) All expenditure to be incurred for satisfactory completion of work as per the scope of work & special terms & conditions as per the tender. iv) Quoted rate (in percentage) should be ≥ 3.85% as per the tender enquiry clause No. 25 (b).

Part - B 1. For Tezpur :- Uniform and Accessories: Uniforms (02 sets for each) including (i) Broad-rimmed hat (protects head, face and neck from spray droplets), (ii) Face-shield or goggles (protects face and eyes against spray fall-out), (iii) Face mask (protects nose and mouth from airborne particles), (iv)Long-sleeved overalls (worn outside of boots), (v) Rubber gloves, (vi) Boots 2. For Tawang & Salari :- Uniform and Accessories: Uniforms (02 sets for each) including (i) Broad-rimmed hat (protects head, face and neck from spray droplets), (ii) Face-shield or goggles (protects face and eyes against spray fall-out), (iii) Face mask (protects nose and mouth from airborne particles), (iv)Long-sleeved overalls (worn outside of boots), (v) Rubber gloves, (vi) Boots. (Percentage not to quote on this amount) NOTE: i) This amount is fixed and will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expediture made (restricted to the estimate/ eligible amount) on submission of documentary proof of payments to the concerned authorities. ii) Overhead profit element not applicable over this amount.
