Repair of Lift by replacement of Controller of existing 13 passenger, 884 Kgs., 1.5 mps, 5 stop, 05 opening of ECE make Glass Capsule lift in Lobby of B-Block at Hotel Mountview. The repair of the lift consists of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Lift having replacement of following components:-

i) VVVF controller suitable for existing duty load, stops, speed and simplex full collective operation. ii) New position reference system in hoistway suitable for new VVVF controller including cams/ magnetic, SPT switches with mounting accessories. iii) New hoistway harness suitable for new VVVF closed loop controller and fixtures. iv)New traveling cables with hangers suitable for existing travel and stops. v) Battery operated alarm bell. vi) Battery operated emergency light. vii) New top car inspection box. viii) Add on VVVF drive for existing door operation. ix) COP suitable for existing 5 stops with SS hairline finish face plate and collective operation. x) New 7 segment type digital car position indicator in COP. xi) New 7 segment type digital position indicator at all 5 landing. xii) Hall buttons combined with digital position indicator with SS hairline finish face plate suitable for simplex full collective operation at 5 landing. xiii) Automatic rescue device (ARD) with suitable batteries. xiv) Leveling sensor Assembly. xv) Car top junction Box. xvi) Encoder. xvii) Voice annouciator & Car arrival gong. xviii) Overload feature. xix) The Job included any other item / component required to make the lift operational.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 12 Months after commissioning of lift.
