Providing AMC for complete audio/ video projection system in 18 nos. lecture theatres/ seminar rooms/ auditorium etc in Block E of GMCH sec-32, Chandigarh having following components. 240 watt amplifier JBL make – 18 nos. 36 watt Speakers of JBL make – 100 nos. Ceiling mounted projector- 18 nos. Motorized screen Suvira make – 7 nos. Lapel mic wireless AKG/ Shure make – 18 nos. Under the AMC the supplier shall provide comprehensive Mtc. service of the complete system including the spares and there shall be no hidden cost. Preventive Mtc. service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the firm within two hours from the time of such calls. The defective equipment should be repaired on the same day at site location. In case of major defects requiring the defective card/item/ equipment to be taken to the supplier workshop. It should be returned within a week’s time duly repaired and immediate substitute card/ item/ equipment will be provided by the firm for the smooth operation of the complete system. The to and fro transportation of the item/equipment will be the responsibility of the firm. The spare parts will be made available for all the equipment and the complete system for a period of one years.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorized ceiling mount kit. The cost includes the labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job. Make Suvira/ Winger/ Gigatron.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall plate provided with VGA connector/ audio connector/ HDM port etc. The cost includes the labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job. The wall plate should be of Extron/ Gigatron make only.
