Replacement / installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type boom arm of length 6 mtr. telescopic/ straight arm on existing boom barrier having opening/ closing time adjustable between 4-5 sec, corrosion resistance and the replacement/ installation of boom is with following specifications: Boom Type Telescopic/ straight arm for automatic barrier system Aesthetical look corrosion resistance, anti-corrosion treatment to prevent rusting Operational method Barrier is to be operated by an existing Electro mechanical mechanism providing superior operation and unprecedented reliability Dimensions Barrier arm: 100mm x45 mm (+-5%) Operating speed Opening closing times can be adjusted between 4-5 sec and speeds are adjusted separately through adjusters in a closed- circuit system. Finish treatment Anti-corrosion treatment Controls Controls are from existing panel of barrier Boom length 6 meter Boom weight 6 kg approx. Working temperature -20 to 55 deg C or better Humidity 0 to 90% Other feature The barrier shall open in case of an impulse with the use of valid card or push button as already exist in the existing barrier. The barriers shall close either after the vehicle has passed or after an adjustable hold-open time in case the vehicle chosen not to pass through. Appropriate/ suitable sensors shall be used for safety purpose. All related material like conduit, copper wire shall be supplied with equipment.
