The bidder is required to have prior work experience in building construction and electrical works. Specifically, they should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 24,09,21,153.00, which is 80% of the value of contract/contracts, and two similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 15,05,75,720.00, which is 50% of the value of contract/contracts. For electrical works, the bidder (or its sub-contractor, if any) should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs) in any one of the last 5 (five) financial years in a single job. The value of the contract/contracts is mentioned as Seventy Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty, which is 50% of the total value. The bidder should also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of works remaining to be completed, and the stipulated period of completion. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works should be provided, along with a certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on their annual financial turnover for the last five years, with the amount specified in Rs. Cr. A certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant should be attached to support this information. The bidder should have an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work. Evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, certified by the bankers, with a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value, should also be provided. The bidder should also have minimum liquid assets/credit facility of Rs. 6,02,030,288.00, which is 20% of the notified contract value.
