DSR 1.31 Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1400 mm sweep (maximum wattage upto 35W), BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 7.42, Air delivery minimum 245 CMM, 300 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, OEM designed electronic regulator unit for speed control in various steps as per BIS (proof shall be submitted alongwith fan before installation at site) and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. The fan should be of Havells/ Atomberg/ Bajaj/ Crompton make only.

Supply & Erection of fan hook for erection of ceiling fan. The hook shall be made out of 3/8” I M.S. bar in ‘U’ shape formation. It shall be fixed after chasing the RCC slab and making necessary repair, plaster and making its original position.

Supply & erection of Cabin Fan 16” sweep oscillating type complete with blades & regulator. The fan should have 2 Nos. of pull cord switches, one for oscillation and one for speed regulation. The fan should be of Havells/ Usha/ Orient/ Bajaj make only. The cost includes the connection with adjacent light points and installed on wall with suitable size rag bolts, nuts and other material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 12 modules (200 mm x 150 mm) G.I box in surface/recess as required with modular plate and cover in front on surface, including providing and fixing 4 Nos. 5/6 Amps modular switch and 4 Nos. 3 pin 5/6 Amps modular socket outlet. The job includes the cost of making interconnections with suitable copper wire and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site. Makes for Modular Accessories and GI box:-Schneider (Zencelo)/ Legrand (Arteor) / ABB (Ivie) / L&T (Englaze) / Norisys (Square Series) / MK (Elements) / Crabtree (Murano) only.

S/E of 2x18/20 watt LED box type fittings made of CRCA Sheet. The fittings should be installed on existing surface. The tube rod & batten for hosing the tube rod should be of Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj/ Havells/ Jaquar/ Surya make only. The job includes carriage, erection, making connections testing and commissioning of the fittings as per DNIT Item No.10.
