Providing and fixing GI pipe railing 65mm external dia (B Class) ISI marked with 1 No. 7'-6" GI horizontal and 2 Nos.GI vertical member 3'-3" long (2'-3" above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level) and embedded in ground in Cement Concrete block of 1:2:4 of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 1'-0" and vertical member also welded with anchorage piece of 2 No. 9" MS Flat of 50 x 6 mm size and rates also include Tee's/ elbows for fixing of GI pipe and rates also including digging of pits and removal of malba to dumping site also included complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing M.S. iron railing panel of 6' long and 4'-6" high (3'-0" above ground level and 1'-6" embedded in ground) consisting of 2 No. vertical member made out of M.S. Channel 75 x 40 x 40 mm with 9" long anchorage piece welded at bottom embedded in Cement concrete block 1:2:4 of size (1' x 1' x 1'-6") in ground. The frame of railing consist of 2 Nos. top & bottom horizontal member 6' long of MS Flat 40mm x 6mm. The railing panel having vertical members 15 Nos. of MS Flat of size 40mm x 6mm of height 2'-9" height at equal spacing. The rate further include the cost of 2 Nos. 6mm dia nut, bolt and washers with 3" long sleeve of G.I. pipe 8mm dia for fixing of vertical members of railing panel to each other above the ground and rate also including digging of pit of size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 1'-6", cost of cutting, straightening, welding of MS Frame/Railing , finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of metal primer (special quality) complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing for missing parts of railing of various size/sections of M.S. angle iron, flat, Channels, pipes,new railing etc includes cutting, straightening, welding, hiring charges of generator & welding set at site including removal of malba to dumping site and one coat of metal primer of approved quality complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
