- PAN card – A copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
- GST Registration – A copy of valid Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration certificate.
2. Financial Documentation
- Solvency Certificate – The contractor needs to submit a valid certificate from a recognised bank to confirm their financial solvency.
- Bank Statements – While applying for an eprocurement MES tender, it is mandatory to submit audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for past financial years as asked.
- Net Worth Certificate – A certificate needs to be submitted to confirm the positive net worth of the company from a practicing Chartered Accountant.
- EMD – The bidder needs to submit proof of Earnest Money Deposit payment in the form of DD, cheque or online transaction.
- Tender Fee – This is the fee charged by MES for providing the tender documents to the interested contractors. Proof of payment is sought for an MES bid submission.
