The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. 25 percent: The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent. 2. 15 years: Tender priority will be given to the camera and NVR manufacturers, particularly to those OEMs that have been registered in India for a minimum of 15 years. 3. 7 years: CCTV OEM should have direct service/support center in any state for more than 7 years. 4. 500 employees: Priority will be given to CCTV camera OEMs that have invested in India and have more than 500 employees on payroll. 5. 2 years: The Bidder will have to provide warranty for material, equipment etc. for the warranty period mentioned in the specifications. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. BIS certification for CCTV hardware products. 2. CE certification for CCTV hardware products. 3. ISO 9001:2008 or latest certification for manufacturing all types of cameras. 4. Gem User Expert Gold Certified Certificate (optional, but will be given priority). 5. CVC certificate/document. 6. PAN Card and GST certificates. 7. Self-declaration that the OEM is not restricted or blacklisted by any government/institution across the world.
