South Eastern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain works during the last 07 years. The works can be: 3 similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, or 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or 1 similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. Similar nature of work includes detailed survey of new line/doubling/3rd line with GAD of bridges including soil investigation, or detailed survey for Road over Bridge with GAD including soil investigation, or both. Work experience certificate from private individual is not considered, but from Govt. Organization or Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs. 500 Cr or above is considered.
