The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed specific categories of work in the last 7 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The similar work experience includes works like CTR, TSR, TRR, TWR, TFR, and deep screening, lifting of track, shallow screening, pre and post BCM work, De-stressing, and P.way linking work. To support their claim, the tenderer must submit an Experience Certificate and a copy of the respective letter of acceptance/agreement, both duly self-attested/digitally signed on each page. Additionally, the tenderer's financial eligibility criteria include having a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The tenderer is required to submit requisite information along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
