The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work of an agreement of value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. This indicates that the required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing a similar work with a value of at least 25% of the bid amount. Additionally, the bidder's experience certificates for similar work are considered for a specific period, which is from the 1st of the month five years prior to the last date of receipt of tender up to the last date of the month before the last date of receipt of tender. For example, if the last date of receipt of tender is in June 2025, then experience certificates are considered from June 1, 2020, to May 31, 2025. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the amount put to bid, with at least 50% of this turnover being from civil engineering construction works, in any one year during the last five years. The turnover is indexed at the rate of 8% per year.
