The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work of an agreement value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. In the case of a Joint Venture, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet not less than 25% of all the qualifying criteria. The Joint Venture must collectively satisfy the requirements of the criteria.
