The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Given the advertised value of the tender is 64307030.30, the values for similar works would be: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of 64307030.30, which is 19292109.09 - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of 64307030.30, which is 25722812.12 - One similar work costing not less than 60% of 64307030.30, which is 38584218.18 Similar work includes coach electrical wiring work, electrical wiring including SBC/HV Panel/Power Panel work, or being an approved vendor or manufacturer of Switch Board Cabinet (SBC)/HV panel/Power panel. Substantially completed work means an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the contract value has been made. The value of completed work shall be considered as the completion cost, including the PVC amount if paid. Work experience certificate from private individuals is not considered, but certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above are considered.
