Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Operation of Track Based Rail Lubricator (Hydraulic Type of 1 KM Category) along with Supply of Lubricant for Rail Lubricator @ 18 Kg per month per unit of Lubricator) Complete System as per RDSO's Technical Specification. Notes- (I) The quoted rate should be inclusive of Supply of Lubricant as per Specification, Storage, Lead, Lift, Filling the Lubricant into Hydraulic Lubricator and all taxes nothing extra will be paid. In case of Lubricant Consumption is less than 18 KG in a month extra should be deposited with respective SSE/P.Way/Store. (II) The Quoted rate should be including the Supply of Device and its Sub Units as per RDSO Specification with latest amendments/correction slips, Transportation, Storage, Lead, Lift & 1 Installation of Device on Track using Contractor's own Labour, Tools and nothing extra will be paid. (III) The quoted rate shall be including the Manpower etc. required for ensuring Operation and Functioning of the Device as per RDSO Specification. Any Repairs, Spare Parts, Servicing of the Device, Damage/Loss of Device due to any reason will be borne by the Contractor during the Contract Period. The contractor has to replace the device including Lubricant if required, at their own cost and nothing extra will be paid. (IV) After completion of the contract period, the device is to be removed and taken back by the agency i.e. the device will remain the property of the contractor. (V) The agency has to take all precaution to prevent rusting of rails due to installation of Gauge Face Rail Lubricator (Hydraulic Type) (VI) The Successful Installation & Functioning of the Device will be measured as specified in the RDSO Specification. The Device performance for any month not meeting the required performance criteria will not be paid. {Qty: 3540 ( 59 sets x 60 months)}
