East Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The required details of completed works include description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual date of completion and final value of contract at the time of bill finalisation. Additionally, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience is required.
