Design, manufacture and supply of one set of Electronic Interlocking system complete for a station having three no of running lines with one goods line on single line section with hot standby architecture of EI as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver.2 or latest to suit RE as per Special condition of contract and technical specifications enclosed mainly consisting of micro- processor equipment, interface equipment, EI vendor specific Interfacing Relays, In-built event logger, embedded fan-less PC based operator's console as per RDSO TAN no. STS/E/TAN/3007, dt.02.11.12 or 1 latest with minimum 55" VDU+VDU standby make Sony/Samsung or superior, maintenance terminals for EI (55"), portable maintenance terminals for Data logger, data logger having 512 digital inputs and 32 analog inputs, Dual card E1 modem for Data logger networking at station and HQ, in -built Power supply equipment Racks (Relay rack /EI rack/CT rack including screw less disconnect terminals, Indoor cables, wires, Fuses, Fixtures, Mounting arrangements along with all accessories required to make complete EI system functional. EI to be connected with centralized NMS with division and HQ with provision of MTC networking software with necessary arrangement. Note:-The list of various modules, equipment, sub-assemblies and other stores if any along with their Quantities on per station basis should be listed in Separate Annexure as certified by OEM.

Installation wiring, testing (FAT and SAT) and commissioning of EI equipment supplied as per items no. 1, as per RDSO Specifications. It includes transportation of materials from consignee's depot to the site, erection and grouting of EI Relay Racks, fixing and wiring of all the interfacing relays, installation and wiring of Microprocessor equipment, Power supply equipment and all other 2 associated accessories to make complete EI system to be functional as per RE requirement. NOTE: 1. Contractor has to arrange simulation testing panel for testing and commissioning by selection Table and square sheet for each signalling function. 2. Installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of EI system will be done by OEM after following all the guidelines/directives issued by RDSO from time to time. 3. Electrostatic mats to be provided for EI Racks, IPS, Relay Racks, as per instructions of Site In Charge

Supply and installation of workspace make new modular (Pyrotech workspace or superior control desk for 2 monitor (55''), 2 operators and 1 module will be provided for storage make in SLAT system, this includes space for housing 2 Nos. embedded PC, two FDMS and their power supply arrangement with proper ventilation, two chairs of make Model PCH- 7002 or similar for operators to be supplied.
