Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The value of similar works completed should be considered, including the PVC amount, and no separate evaluation for each component of that work shall be made to decide eligibility. The amount and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender (for three similar works) - 40% of the advertised value of the tender (for two similar works) - 60% of the advertised value of the tender (for one similar work) - 35% value of the work to be subletted (for subletting of work) - Rs 50 lakh (for subletting of work, where no previous work experience is required)
