Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Gr.-I)

Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Cement Concrete Pavement

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 40 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation for Drain

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (PQC+Drain)

Tow Away Crane : Removing all types of broken down/ vehicles which have met with accidents from the carriageway and toeing the same to proper locations i.e. nearest Police stations or some suitable location by using 15 tonne or of more capacity pick and carry crane, as per Latest Policy Guideline of NHAI on incident management services. Payment will be made as per VTS report and other required document as decided by Engineer.

Route Patrol Vehicle : Providing, running and maintaining route patrol vehicle as per latest Policy Guideline of NHAI on incident management services. It also includes removal of dead animals lying on highways and hurrying them at propoer safe location out of ROW. It will be incidental to this work. Payment will be made as per VTS report and other required document as decided by Engineer.

Prime coat- Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 Kg/sqm using mechanical means

Tack Coat on Bituminous Surfaces: Providing and applaying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Dense Graded Bituminous (DBM): Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100- 120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for Grading -I and 4.5% (mini) for Grading-2 by weight at total mix and fliller (Cement/hydrated lime/Rock dust) as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500-11 and job mix formula as per Clause505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56 MPa as directed by E-1-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTEtH specification clause No. 505.3.5 complete In all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal maximum aggregate size) Layer Thickness-70mm

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, roiling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.BC Grading -II ; Layer Thickness- 40 mm

Bituminous Cold mix (Including gravel emulsion) Providing laying and rolling of bituminous cold mix on prepared base consisting of mixture of unheaded mineral aggregate and emulsified or cutback bitumen, including mixing in a plant of suitable type and capacity, transporting, laying compacting and finishing to specified gradeds and levels.
