The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction projects, specifically in categories 1, 2, 3, and 4. For categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience as an equity shareholder in a project company and should have undertaken the construction of a project with a total estimated capital cost. For categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have experience in executing a project and should have received payments from clients for construction works executed. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - The total estimated capital cost of the project is not specified. - The amount undertaken by the bidder is not specified. - The percentage of equity shareholding is not specified. However, it is mentioned that the bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 362.62 crore, referred to as the "Threshold Technical Capacity". Additionally, the bidder's available BID capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works excluding the amount of bonus received, if any, in respect of EPC Projects executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year. The calculation also considers the value of existing commitments, works for which the bidder has emerged as the winner of the bids or on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which BID is invited. The bidder must provide information on the value of civil engineering works undertaken in the last 5 years, including the amount of bonus received, if any. The bidder must also provide the maximum value of projects undertaken during the last 5 years, excluding the amount of bonus, and update this value to the price level of the year indicated in the Appendix. The bidder must also provide a table with information for ongoing works to be completed during the next 2 years, including the value of contract, value of work completed, and balance value of work to be completed. The balance value of work at 2023-24/2023 price level is also required. The bidder's eligibility will be evaluated based on the information provided in these tables. If the bidder had failed to achieve the completion of any project within a period of 90 days from the scheduled completion date, unless such failure occurred due to Force Majeure or for reasons solely attributable to the Authority, the bidder shall be deemed to be ineligible for bidding, both as the sole party or as one of the parties of Joint Venture/Consortium, if any, during the period from scheduled completion date to issuance of completion certificate for that project, provided the contract value of the delayed project was not less than Rs. 300 Crore.
