M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles including taking down old PCC copping of poles all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Consolidated / Punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalement Steel tubing galvanised iron, light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection along the pole, under road/ depth or under drains complete including 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete and taking down old unserviceable pipe all as specified all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No: 11 here-in-before but of size 50mm bore.

Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver / aluminium paint complete

Labour only for re-stretching properly sagged/loose ACSR conductor of any size fixed on LT poles by means of machine method to the permissible limit at different location including tightening of cross arms or D clamps and binding with new binding wire, tightening of jumpers complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1. Pole to Pole of all line conductor shall be measured as Per RM. 2. Rate including unwinding of old winding wire and rewind with new binding wire after restretching)

M&L for PVC Junction box of size 340mm x 285mmm x 120mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable/wire complete comprising of aluminium bus bar for 3 phases & neutral, insulated with insulators, including colour coding and 01 Nos MCB 06 Amps complete including taking down old unserviceable junction box all as specified and directed. Locating the fault in LT cable of any size for any type of fault like open cable, short between phases/ neutral, grounded cable with help of cable fault locator and pin pointing location with the help of audio signal, exacavation at the fault and opening cable to suitable distance and depth for making a cable joint complete all as speified and as directed. (Note: 1. The joint kit and necessay earth work will be measured and paid separately. 2. Contractor will have to arrange the cable fault locator or other testing equipments/ tools as required and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.)

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv and Supply and install automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel factory made of 100 KVAR capacity ready to use design confiring to relevant IS rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA, front openable and lockable by keys having lowers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415/440 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, anti corrosive coating to achieve power factor from 0.9 to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture seimens gray RAL 7032 & as directed by Engineer-in-charge comprising of and including following including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable from main panel to APFC panel for connections as approved complete all as specified and directed. (a) 400 Amp capacity for phase and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/epoxy insulators. (b) A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts, with output steps of 125 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 5 steps (2 x 12.5 KVAR + 2 x 25 KVAR + 1 x 50 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups.

(c) MCB's TP, 'C' series, 415 volts, off sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors. (d) Thyrisstor switches shall be provided bor connecting/ disconnedting the capacitor banks to the bus bar. (e) The APFC panel provided with two existing terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size complete all as specified and directed. (f) Micro processar based control suitable for power factor correction with its unique features of four quadrant operation automatic C/K ratio selection. The APFC controller should ON/OFF the capacitor banks of 50 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of 1/5/10/15 KVAR in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups with indication whether it is lagging or leading. (g) Digital panel meter for current, boltage/ frequency and power factor having programmable CT ratio and built in selector switch of size 96mm x 96mm, accuracy class-I, auxiliary support of 230 volts AC with SP MCB protected shall be provided.

(h) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and propeperly bunched/tied,ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs. The cubicle will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, suly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zink metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland. manufacturer name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided at suitable visible place. (j) Auxiliary contactor with required quantity of 'NO & NC' (k) Auto / Manual switch -01 No. (l) Fuse for line protection as per requirement and as approved (m) Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder as per requirement and as approved (p) Current ransformer (CT) of ratio 250.5 A, measuring class accuracy 0.50 to 1.0 for capacity panel. (q) MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, thermal magnetic type breaking capacity 50 KA with microprocessor release with 8 step overload adjustability at 415 bolts - 01 No (incoming) (r) Detuning reactor of suitable size shall be provided to maintain THD less than 7 percent.
