Cleaning, Preparing the surface of steel tubular poles LT, 9.0 meters long including removing rust particle and painting with two coat of aluminium paint in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hook etc., and providing BLUE & WHITE strip alternatively 30 cm each from coping to 1.5 meter height starting with blue strip using synthetic enamel paints, complete.

Inspection, maintenance and servicing of Alternator connected DG set of following capacity, excluding AMF panel installed at site for routine check up of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out complete check as per the Manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge of following capacity & following check:- A'Check (i) Check Engine oil level and topping up as and when required. [Engine oil will be measuered paid separately] (ii) Check Engine Coolant oil level if required, topping up.[Coolant oil measured and paid separately] (iii) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace. (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level. (v) Check Exhaust System for leakage and rectification. (vi) Drain sediment and cleaning from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace [ Air filter element shall be measuered paid seperately]. (viii) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (ix) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator Terminal Box. (x) Check carbon brushes[Brush type] and connections in Alternator. (xi) Check and tight all Electric connections in DC control wiring. (xii) Check all Radiator rubber Hoses. Record oil pressure, water and oil Temp. (xiii) Record RPM, Voltage, AMPS and Hz. (xiv) Check Anti Vibrating Mountings. (xv) Check throttle linkages. (xvi) Check starting battery electrolyte level, specific gravity and topping up if required.

Note : (a) Routine check / repair work of AMF Panel will be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch here in after. (b) Repair/maintenance of DG set Panels other than AMF is deemed to be included in the rate except control switches i.e. MCCB /Main Switch/Volt meter, Ammeter, Hz meter, Selector switches and CT's as and when required will be measured and paid separately. (c) Cost of labour deemed to be included for fixing the spares which shall be paid here-in-after under supply only spares. (d) The rate deemed to be included for attending any complaint of the generator as and when required including rectification.

Note : Spares such as power contactors, ACB timers, Multi Display Meter, Battery charger etc., shall be measured & paid separately "UNDER SUPPLY ONLY RATES".
