Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) wire armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor electric power cable cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returnig , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment.

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 80 mm bore for GI protection pipe "light grade" galvanized with incl all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing mannually or by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or mannually etc as per site requirment.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/Cm2 of size 50 mm laid in trenches as specified and directed.

M&L for GI cable route indicator of total height 1.2 m duly written "LT CABLE" on oval plate to be fixed with PCC with 150 mm depth in ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of PCC for fixing of cable route indicator deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix Servo Voltage stabilizer of capacity 40KVA for automatic operation (confirming to BIS 9815: Part I :1994) , three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type copper wound,with microprocessor based control card,digital type,relay free smooth and silent operation including 1st filling of transformer oil up to level having following specification:- (a) Designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V (b) Output voltage stabilized at any designed/desired voltage 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5%(Adjustible) (c) Rated frequency :-50 Hz (d) No distortion in wave form. M&L for point wiring for one 16 Amps socket outlet controlled by one way switch using 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cables in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) , including pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 4 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor , PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable as earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

M&L for sub main wiring in PVC casing & caping complete with 2 runs of 6.0 sq mm,single core,PVC insulated,unsheathed cable,1100 volts grade,multi stranded with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping and accessories fixed on surface of wall/floors etc. with one run of PVC insulated 6 sq mm copper conductor for earth continuity conductor,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of 6.0 sq mm cable, one run of casing & caping and one run of 6.0 sqmm copper wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 Ton including making hole in wall, mounting outdoor unit along with mounting bracket and making wall surface making good as existing,complete all as specified and as dircted.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA,complete all as specified and as dircted.

S&F MCB 16A-25A Protected Power Unit. complete all as specified and as dircted. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

S&F electric water heater storage type steel body glass inner tank with titanium shield and anti corrosion inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated,complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc.complete all as specified and as dircted.

S&F GI steel tubing 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel braided pipe,EPDM Inner tube, copper inner joint built-in silica seal brass nut thread with washer and chrome finish 18 inch long for Geyser of 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stop valves 15 mm dia Chromium plated, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ,complete for the following all as specified and directed.
