Supply, Laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old UNSV cable of any size complete all as directed including taking out old damaged cable and all as specified and directed of following sizes :- Note: (excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

Supply & laying brick for protection of cable sub class 'B' laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks complete all as specified and ditected.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable complete all as specified and ditected. Note: Sand cushioning thickness (8 cm+15 cm=23 cm) are punned thickness and only Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole, pit and foundation etc compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical feeder pillar Box TPN of size 600x600x300mm Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet inner shell made out of 2.00mm thicK MS sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back open able double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz. The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 6 houses, and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

a) Copper bus bar 600 Amps cap 4 wire fixed on insulator not less than 1.0 mtr long bus bar -1 set b) Incoming MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 36 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 2 Nos (c) Outgoing MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 25 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 3 Nos d) Digital Ammeter 0-1000 A of size 96sqmm with selector switch-01 No. e) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V of size 96sqmm with selector switch-01 No f) Indicator Lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC with incoming including back up protection by 2 Amp MCB RYB with holder-01 set of three. g) CT Coils of suitable ratio-01 Set.

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as cable lugs, steel nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 23cm brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items. (ii) Rate for taking down of old unsv earthing upto ground level may also be includ in quoting rate.

M & L GI pipe 50mm bore light grade with all connected accessories/fittings laid in trenches / wall where directed including taking down old U/s existing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to pole for cable protection all as directed. (MS clamp nut, bolt and washer for fixing pipe with pole shall be deemed in quoted rate) including taking down old U/s existing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 1.1 KV heat shrinkable jointing kits, out door end termination suitable for for underground XLPE cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 1.1 KV heat shrinkable jointing kits,out door end termination suitable for for underground XLPE cable of size 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set capable of delivering 80 KW (100 KVA), at prime mover rating at 0.85 load factor as per clause 13.3.2 of ISO-8528 (Part-I), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. as per IS : 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS 13364 The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled with matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return internal oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevailing at Bihta (Bihar) (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all de-rating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around the DG Set for ease of movement 0.5 M height, anti- vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, liquid cooled (EG, complete 50, 50) naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP (Not less than 23 BHP) to drive alternator capable of delivering 100 KVA (80 KW) at outdoor atmoshpheric conditions at Bihta, Bihar (Taking all de-rating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fitting, fixtures as per manufacturers instruction and including suitable panel for self starter saystem with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meter, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (Shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first filling of lub oil and other consumable items etc

(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC Alternator, 3 phase 415 Volt, 4 Wire rated for output of 100 KVA/80 KW, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP23 protection class enclosure, insulation class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(iii) BASE PLATE : Made out of structural steel as per recommendations of the design/specifications of manufacturer.

(iv) AMF Control Panel: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25x25x5 mm, and 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 50 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and contactor and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC inulated multistranded copper conducted cable etc and also consisting of followings :- (a) MCCB 415 Volts, 32 Amp, rating 4 pole 16 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type 70%-100% -2 No with suitable rating HRC backup fuses. (b) Digital Ammeter 0-100 Amps, flush type ISI marked with in built selector switch 3 way and current transformers 100/5 A-01 Nos. (c) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts flush type ISI marked with in built selector switch 3 way-01 set. (d) Phase indicating lamps (R-Y-B) -1 set. (e) Frequency meter digital type 45 to 55 Hz - 1 No. (f) KWH Meter 3 Phase unbalanced load 200 Amps capacity incl CT Coil Set. (g) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of DG Set. (h) By pass arrangement of suitable cap (j) Onload change over switch 100 Amps 4 pole - 01 No (k) Digital multi function meter for main power supply - 01 No

(v) Accoustic Enclosure : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms. The enclosures shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (a) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition, and ox, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certificaton, etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002.

(vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5M space should be available all around the DG set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5M.

(vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity shall be provided not less than 12 hours continue operation of Gen set.

(viii) Misc. Maint tool kit, complete catalogue for maintenance and operation, overhauling manuals, minimum one year maintenance spares for operation guarnatee card etc shall be provided as per standard practice of manufacturer.

Note:- (i) The DG set shall only be taken over after satisfactory testing result of operations carried by the contractor in presence of officer nominated by the accepting officer as per relevant IS specification /instructiions. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of the test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at expense, replace the defective equipment/material/accessories at his own risk or any there of as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Decision of accepting officer shall be final conclusive and binding in this respect. The contractor shall also construct necessary foundation as per per design provided by the manufacturer where directed for which necessary cost may deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set capable of delivering 32 KW (40 KVA), at prime mover rating at 0.85 load factor as per clause 13.3.2 of ISO-8528 (Part-I), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. Supply, laying, connecting & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 120 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches ,ducts,encased in GI pipes,fixed to pole /wall,laid under rode ,path,drains,culverts,fixed bare with jointing including all necessary electrical connection with suitable size of Aluminium lugs/gland as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 185 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches ,ducts,encased in GI pipes,fixed to pole /wall,laid under rode ,path,drains,culverts,fixed bare including jointing including all necessary electrical connection with suitable size of Al lugs/gland as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation,commissioning and testing of 11KV, 3-Phase, 50HZ, 630 Amps, 350 MVA, 13.1KA Vaccum circuit breaker, extensible indoor type with motorzed and manual spring charging facility breaking capacity 13.1 KA for 1 second, SCADA compatible, having pad lock, provision for earth switch complete wtih all necessary accessories and standard fittings (e.g Relays, CTs, PTs, Power pack, spring charging motor, trip coil, ammeter, voltmeter, indication lamps etc., all as specified, required at site and as directed, comprising of followings:- (i) 11KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, 630 Amps, 13.1 KA, VCB having short circuit current withstand capacity not less than 13.1 KA for 3 seconds, having manual and automatic charging mechanism, by DC/Universal motor suitable for 110 Volts/230 Volts AC/DC or as per OEMs recommendations, shunt trip coil, indication lamp, on off switch padlock, provision for earth switch padlock, provision for earth switch etc complete all as specified and directed (ii) Double core and double ratio type dry type current transformers (CTs) of ratio 100/50%+5 Amps, suitable for 11KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, having 15 VA burden or as per OEMs recommendation with 0.5 class accuracy for metering and % P10 accuracy for protection -01 Set of three. (iii) Dry type 11KV/110 Volts potential transformer (PTs) suitable for 11KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, connected to bus bar class-1 accuracy of 100 VA burden or as per OEMs recommendation complete all as specified and directed - 01 Set. (iv) LED type indiction lamps for circuit breaker open (OFF) - "GREEN", circuit breaker close (ON) "RED" circuit breaker trip "YELLOW", spring charge "BLUE" trip circuit healthy with push button and R-Y-B phase indication lamp complete all as specified - 01 set. (v) Trip supervision relay.

(vi) Digital PT operated voltmeter with inbuilt selector switch suitable for 11KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, metering for circuit breakers with accuracy class 0.5 CL complete-01 No. (vii) Digital CT operated ammeter with inbuilt selector switch suitable for11KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ50/25/5+5 Amps CT current ratio for current metering for circuit breakers with accuracy class 0.5 CL complete-01 No.(viii) Power pack of suitable capacity contained in maintenance free batteries and battery charger to provide auxiliary power supply to VCB all as per OEMs recommendations and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) Internal control and metering wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitables cross sections, necessary power connections and civil work as required for installation of cable. (x) Any other standard accessories required for smooth operation of VCB and necessary foundation as recommended by OEM. NOTE :- Contractor responsible to complete errection of VCB and Inter connection of bus bar to existing VCB to New VCB, tools and plants required at shall be provided and necessary cable/ cable joints, lugs,bolts,nuts, washers,etc required at site deemed to be included in rate quoted .

Supply and Laying of Copper strip 20x3.15mm with saddles and fixing scrow etc. For roof conductors and down conductors above grounds.

Supply and laying rubber mat size1Mx2Mx19mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply, install, connecting and commissioning of CPRI approved main LT distribution panel board, indoor type, both side openable including loking arrangement with sliding door bolt , cubical type, 3phase, 4wire, 415V, factory made free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubical type, fabricated from 2 mm thick MS sheet with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade fully compartmentalised design with 4Nos insulated bus bar each made of high conductivity aluminium suitable for 600 Amps, prewired with suitable size of copper cable/insulated copper strip including suitable earth strips conforming to IS, cable glands, lugs etc suitable for and comprising of the following.
