Taking down old unserviceable or burnt changeover switches from panel or alongwith stainless steel enclosure fixed on wall/boards etc of any rating, type and make and keeping aside for safe custody for further disposal as schedule of credit ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning on load changeover switch four pole of rated current of 400 amp capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz confirming to IS : 13947 (Part-3), IEC:60947-3 in open execution type in existing pane complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of minor addition, alteration, fabrication work if required at site to fix properly deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning on load changeover switch four pole of rated current of 250 amp capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz confirming to IS : 13947 (Part-3), IEC:60947-3 in open execution type in existing panel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of minor addition, alteration, fabrication work if required at site to fix properly deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning on load changeover switch four pole of rated current of 200 amp capacity, 415 volts, 50 Hz confirming to IS : 13947 (Part-3), IEC:60947-3 in open execution type in existing panel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of minor addition, alteration, fabrication work if required at site to fix properly deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for Servicing & overhauling LT ACB current rating from 600 amps to 1000 amps of any type, make and taking out faulty ACB from existing LT panel / LT feeder pillar box by disconnecting all elctrical and mechnical connections. Finding fault by dismantling parts, cleaning by cleaning agent, repairing / replacement of faulty parts and refixing to its original position duly rectified the fault, calibration and testing complete in all respect or as directed or specified. NOTE :- (a) Minor spares such as cotton waste, On/off button & cover, spring charge indication switch, trip indication switch, grease, oil, lubricant, push button, cleaning agent deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Major spares such as fixed contact, moving contact, IDMT earth fault / over load relay to be measured and paid separatly under respective Sch'A' items.

Supply only of under voltage trip coil for LT ACB 600amps to 1000amps capacity.

Supply only fixed contact of LT ACB 600 amps to 1000 amps capacity.

Supply only moving contact of LT ACB 600amps to 1000amps capacity.

Supply only of IDMT earth fault relay.

Supply only IDMT over load relay.

M&L for repair/ overhauling of complete system and servicing of servo controlled automatic voltage stabiliser (Make : Acube existing) by dismantling carefully transformer unit and lifting out the core assembly with the help of fork lifter / header of ranging capacity from 3X10 KVA to 3X20 KVA, 430Volts and inspection of auto transformer barrier, synchonomous motor, electric circuit board and replacing the defective parts such as push button switch, auto manual switch,DPDT switch, micro switch, potentiometer, electronic circuit card (P.C.B.), PCB & holder, servo motor, carbon brush for balanced type stabilizer relay, MCB indicator, voltmeter, IC, transistor, diode complete including rewiding of bounce with appropriate copper wire, insulation material varnishing heating complete, fixing of gate valve at drain plug and top up transformer oil upto 50 ltr including disconnecting cable connection and testing, commissionig. The quoated rates also inclusive of transportation charges from site to workshop and back to its original location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT Panels of any size/dimension by prepration of old painted surfaces, cleaning refixing panel board door with hinges,nut bolts etc removing of existing rust grease oil spot etc,priming with aluminium red-oxide and then applying 1st grade of synthetic enamelled spray paint (two coat) of approved make, brand and colours (includes cost of paint) & foundation and painting names of the distribution location complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 3 Ph ammeter digital type 3.5 digit displayt 0-500A range squre shape fixed to existing LT Panels, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 3 Ph Voltmeter digital type 3.5 digit displayt 0-500V range squre shape fixed to existing LT Panels, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc plain cement concrete (1:3:6) , type C1 as in pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix type B1 as in cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50m long,complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge, (iii) T&P and testing instrument (meger) to be provided by the contractor at own cost.

Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med grade ,wire mesh, protection pipe 40mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long,complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge, (iii) T&P and testing instrument (meger) to be provided by the contractor at own cost.

S&F mild steel chequered plate Fe-410-W (gde-E-250), 7mm thick square cut or notched, forming holes without any attachment as duct covering size and length as approved including primer painting, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 6sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspention wire, one twin core cable flat or circular. including taking out old cable,complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.26 above but of size 10sqmm , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair shock treatement chart duly framed in wooden frame made out of 2nd class hardwood of cross-sectional area 25 sqcm, including varnish polished and glass cover size 75cm x 50cm, 4mm thick duly descrided in English / Hindi complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair first aid kit box size not less than 600 x 450 x 300 mm depth , made out of aluminium sheet complete with locking arrangements and with all medicnes, bandages etc required for first aid at electric supply installations, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair notice board made out of soft wood duly framed in wooden frame size 1800mm x 1200 mm, 20mm thick and boardering with soft wood batten duly polished complete for electric supply installations all as specified.

Supply & filling of insulating (transformer) oil conforming to IS-335 for filling, toping up of transformers duly dehydrated etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bimetallic aluminum-copper thimbles (lugs) crimping type of size 16 to 25 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from existing LT Street light poles complete any size and any description,complete all as specified and as directed.
