M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753, of size (450mm x 300 mm) x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall/skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

S&F in repair ball valves suitable for 20 mm bore dia pipe high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic valve ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball valves suitable for 25 mm bore dia pipe high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight / 25mm-455gms),complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab in following steps:- (i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement curved at the junction (ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond of fosrock or equivalent both on floor and beams (iii) Sunken slab to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm bore GI pipe spout with 300mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided (iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hrs. In case of even a slight mark of seepage the portion to be treated again and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab (v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using brick aggregate to required depth complete all as specified and directed by authorised manufacturer's instructions. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Contractor/His representative collect the complaints/docket at 0830 Hrs from complain cell daily. (ii) If contractor fail to rectify the complaints within 24 Hrs, penalty of Rs 500/- fine charged per complaints per day. (iii) All staff take Covid precaution and instruction followed as per order given by Stn HQ Instruction time to time. (iv) All T&P and safety eqpt provided to workers by the contractor, if he failed in any will be fined @ Rs 250/- per person per day. (v) Due to Security reason Supervisor reqd in each site if the contractor fail it to maintain, penalty charged @ Rs 500/- per day per site.
