Clearing and removal of all blockage in sewage line of any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any depth in any situation by the way of cleaning/desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manually/mechanically including desludging of manhole/sewage line where required and ordered by Engr-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septic tank/soak well/central sewage system terminating in other joining zone area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 03 & 04 :- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R-I daily by 9.00 AM except Govt holidays who will report to concerned JE B/R/Engr-in-Charge to receive all complaints of Zone 'B' area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments including safety measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line, blockages of any shall be attended within same day (within 12 hours). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day, but sufficient efforts applied by the contractor for clearing the blockages to the satisfaction of concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge carried out. The same complaint must be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00PM) without fail. (d) In case of any complaint pertaining to cleaning of blockage in sewage line or any is not removed/cleared with in 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM), a penalty @100/- per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's payment.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 100mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces on brick/concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC. Note :- WPC measured and paid separatly

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintle band, plinth courses, drains and channels etc and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar work including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats and similar works exc 5cm & not exc 10cm wide with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 100mm to 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/decoarated wall surfaces and applying two coats of water proof cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of water proof cement base paint on existing old treated surfaces of walls after preparation of surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including speading,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated Soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.
