Laying and compacting 150 mm thick in two layer (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013,complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring of Vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 toone capacity for rolling/compaction of stone boulder,GSB and wet mix macadam as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor.

Hiring of Generator 5 KVA (Trailor mounted) with all electric connection accessories to electric output units installed to any location in technical area as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor.

Hiring of slush Pump of capacity 1.5 HP with water discharge 20000 Ltrs per hours for dewatering propose from trenches /well etc with provision of hose pipe of suitable bore beyond 100 mtr from exercise location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours of generator before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

Hiring of Tipper 8.5 Cum capacity delivered to any location in tech area for shifting of RRS material as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours of generator before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

Hiring of JCB 4 CX deliverd to any location in technical area as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

Hiring of furnance /compressore towed with tractor or other suitable vehicle for application of cationic bitumen emulsion at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

Hiring of front end loader (Hydraulic wheeled) delivered to any location in tech area for excavation in trenches/loading of RRS material as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

Hiring of water bowzer of 10000 Ltrs capacity with filled water in tech area in any locatio as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate to be quoted by contractor for vehile/plant when working site in technical area. (ii) Necessary register shall be maintained having working hours before claiming paymeny duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

M&L for 40 mm to 60 mm crushed stone aggregate including surface dressing of staking of material ground & stacked properly at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Stack measurement of crushed stone aggregate shall be entered in MB before payment. (ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying/ spreading, levelling works shall be inclusive in this item. (iii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor within 24 Hrs after intimation of Engineer-in-Charge for conduction of scheme

M&L for sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residul, organic and deleterious material including surface dressing of stacking ground & stacked properly at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron transparent High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) film sheet Grade I conforming to IS-10889 over sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Side lap of 150 mm and end lap of 300 mm shall be provided wherever required. The rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the laps. (ii) Clear area only shall be considered for payment purpose and nothing extra shall be allowed for laps.

M&L for 20 to 40 mm crushed stone aggregate including surface dressing of stacking ground & stacked properly at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Stack measurement of crushed stone aggregate shall be entered in MB before payment. (ii) Necessary cost of mason and mazoor required for laying/ spreading, levelling works shall be inclusive in this item.)

M&L for toeing, placing of IMDM/DES machine at RRS exercise sites, not exc 5.00 km labour pouring Rapid grout cement slurry as per operating procedure of machine over upper layer of crushed graded stone aggregate to penetrate through upto the sand layer maintaining proper level as per existing near by surface. Note:- (a) Rate are including following :- (i) Material for cleaning greasing and oiling of IMDM/DES machine before and after execute of RRS excercise. (ii) Preparation of surface for assembling of IMDM/DES machine. (iii) Toeing back and placing IMDM/DES machine from RRS excercise site to store after comletion of Excercise. (b) for IMDM/DES machine- IMDM/DES machine will be operated by MES trained operator with help of contractor labour. fuel will be supplied by contractor. Contractor is not responsible for any damage and brokage in IMDM/DES machine. Contactor will also provide safety equipment for labour like Dangri,Face mask of high quality, hand gloves, Gum boots, safety goggles, helmet etc. (c) change for labour, forkift 1.5 tonne capacity, truck with open trailer, front end loader (hydraulic wheeled and other required machine for stand ideal and working at site will be paid seperatley.

Hiring of mechanical forkift 1.5 tonne capacity for shifting/lifting/loading or rapid grout cement bags at RRS store and RRS exersise sites (Note:- (i)rate to be qouted by contractor for vechile /plant with operator helper and fuel at working site) (ii) fuel will be supplied by contractor

Hiring of truck with open trailer of capacity not less than 9 tonne for carring/shifting of rapid grout cement bags at RRS exercise site . (Note:- rate to be qouted by contractor for vechile /plant with operator helper and fuel working at site)

Hiring of multi tasking skilled labour for execute work of RRS exercise ( Note(a) contractor shall be arrange minimum 20 nos of skilled labour for when RRS exercise will be done with poring of Rapid grout cement by using IMDM/DES machine . (Note-(i) Contractor shall arrange minimum 6 nos of skilled labour when RRS excercise will done with DAC-1.
