M & L for 6 mm thick Asbestos cement twopiece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with L or J hook complete.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, coloured having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws at every alternate corrugations as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any coloure in ridge having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as spd and directed by eng-in-charge etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle iron cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed. Fe410-W (gde-E-250) quality- A

Demolition of stone/brick masonry in CM or cement/ lime mortar including all qnoins, arches, pillars etc.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bircks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement plaster or wall tiles etc. on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured seperately)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (Sika latex power)

M& L for preparation of newely plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete.

M& L for preparation of newely plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer as in walls complete.

Demolition of cement concrete Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L cement concrete type D2 148 (40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass mass concreting.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC type B0, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in roofing complete with using WPC.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves incl supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded aggregate) in copings, lintels, upto 1.5m, cills, steps, band, parapets, railing and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed chamfered including necessary form work

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in path/hardstanding as directed by Engr -in -charge

M&L Sand filling under floors are in foundation including watering and consolidation

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

M & L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2 mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof complete all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces including removing/oid water proofing with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for approachable roof: (i) Cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including sider lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification complete as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame/shutters for windows, ventilators sliding/openable etc icluding joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws etc complete all as specified. Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO/INDALCO. Note : (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arrangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exc. 1.5 sqm (without taking shutter from the frame)

M&L rubber Moulded pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and colouring and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigments all as specified and directed

Dsmantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor,aprons etc.

S & F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cm 1:4 all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L For 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square of any size complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings and similar work. conforming to Fe-290 (gde E-165)
