Material & Labour for removal of HT 33KVA OUTDOOR TYPE CT & PT bushing & terminals and cleaning CT/PT 33 KV by CTC solution on its insulators and teeths and checking the leakage if any from the CT and refixing the same after replacing the defective/faulty parts and checking the oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking/tightening of control wiring and testing with the following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth. (ii) Testing the terminal connection and its working for the calibration and tripping of the relay for the protection of HT 33KV line. Make it functional to the entire satisfaction to the Enginer-in-charge

Supply & fixing in replacement indication lamp (LED type) Red or Yellow or Green colour suitable for 110 volts AC / 110 volt DC / 30 volts DC (as required at site) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack for 11 KV VCB suitable for incoming supply 220/110 volts AC, 100 VA and output 110 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The contractor has required to visit the site to check the existing system of 11 KV VCB for installation of power pack unit.

Supply, installation, testing in replacement relay microprocessor based 110V/24V three phase relay system to over currecnt , one earth fault protection type for 11 KV breaker, setting range suitable for over current and earth fault with necessary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old or unserviceable relays.The setting of the relay should be in accordance with the incomer and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the affected feeder in case of Overload,3 phase fault, earth fault etc. complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rate to be quoted by the contractor for any make of relays available on the existing site of MRS.

supply and fix master trip relay operating on 24 volts/110 volts suitable for VCB 11 KV /33 KV complete all as directed .

Transfromer 33/11 KV, up to 1 MVA Cleaing of power transformer 33/11 KV, outdoor type externally included all accessories (such as conservator tank, marshaling box, bushings, bucholz relay radiator, bushing,oil level indicator ) complete and checking the incoming and outgoing termianl connection complete with the following testing. (i) Transformer oil dielectric strength (BD voltage) test (ii) Buccholz realy alarm and trip testing (iii) Oil temperator alarm & trip testing (iv) winding tempreture alarm & trip testing (v) Meggar testing between HV to earth (vi) Meggar testing betweeen LV to earth (vii) meggar testing between HV to LV (viii) earth resistenace test of transformer neutral. (ix) earth resistence test for body earthing (x) repalcement all packing and viewing glass in marshilling box (if requried)

M & L for disconnecting electrical connections of transformer of capacity 33/11 KV (01MVA) of any make & any type loading the transformer on heavy vehicle (open chassis) type from existing platform/four pole structure, by heavy crane long boom type suitable for shifting and loading transformer and transporting of transformer for repair / rewinding at workshop including unloading of transformer from vehicle at workshop & Opening up transformer step down 33/11 KV (01MVA) by unscrewing all nuts/bolts and washers of top cover duly draining out complete transformer oil and kept aside for re-use . Disconnecting of all HT/LT wiring tap changer, complete LT/HT bushing, air breather etc and kept aside for re-use the serviceable parts and removal of unserviceable parts and taking out complete core assembly of transformer with help of chain pully to carry out the following works:- (a) Deslurring of transformer tank by taking out the complete deposited transformer oil sludge and cleaning thoroughly the transformer tank by washing & wiping out all dirt/rust accomolated including making preparation of old painted internal/external surfaces of transformer. Painting the internal surfaces of transformer with two coats of high grade anticorrosive varnishing paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Painting to external surfaces of transformer with two coats of Ist grade synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Cleaning the transformer core assembly using electric blower and making the core free from sludge, dirt and any other foreign materials from its surfaces including provision of high grade insulation varnish and raising insulation of the core through heat chamber and raising of IR valve. (c) Assembling the transformer complete including supply of complete set including replacement of defective accessories such as oil seal , gasket , LT/HT bushing, stud, air breather, tap changer, including making necessary LT/HT wiring as dismantled( New spares as required shall be measured & paid separately under relavent items, rate of oil seal & gasket shall be deemed included in the quoted rate ). Powering of dehydration/filtered transformer oil (dehydration charges shall be measured and paid separately) as obtained during dismantling and top up balance quantity with new transformer oil as required (New transformer oil shall be measured & paid under relavent item) after successfully repairing the transformer reloading the same & place to its original location and installation complete including making LT/HT side cable connection, earth connection and testing complete .

All as per srl item No.16 above but capacity of transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA.

M & L for super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding the HT coil transformer complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement Silica gel breather clear view type including good quality of silica gel of capacity suitable for 1 MVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F in replacment of transformer oil in site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength between 55-65 KV during filling after initial filtration of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M&L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer/Voltage stabilizer with the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV all as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- (i) Dehydration/filtration machine shall be arrange by the contractor and and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. No extra cost has been paid on this account (ii) Contractor will submit before & after testing report of transformer oil.

M&L for replacement of aluminum connector suitable for 33 KV line bus conductor as per site requirement such as stud connector, straight tee, straight bolt terminal, bus support clamps, tee connectors, expansion type, pad type terminal connectors, rigid stud type terminal connectors etc complete including necessary nut bolts washers complete.

Supply and fixing , transporting and erecting in position for steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 metre long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in coping , disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with and providing painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminious paint including marking of pole number etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT/LT steel tubular poles complete and applying one coats of aluminium paint on the pole including writing the pole No with black enameled paint of size 70mm wide and 100mm height and top (cross arm, bracket) of pole, painting of 30 cm wide black and yellow strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole including marking of pole number etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms / bracing supports / clamps / back plates or any other structural steel sections including removing nuts bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps back plates angles fabricated from the structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, bent to any required shape of size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down, old, defective, weak insulator, any type, any size any shape (pin/shack/loop) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 11000 volts grade & of size 150 mm dia and 150mm height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green 11000 V, grade 145 mm height & 255 mm dia ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for testing and commissioning in replacement air break isolating switch tripple pole mechanically operated with vertical isolation,12 nos. polymer type insulators mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operating rod of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and locking arrangement of capacity 200Amps 11 KV with drop out fuse set including making all incoming/outgoing connection of HT cable and overhead conductor using new leads and nuts, bolts etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for checking of HT 11 KV cable of any size by means of HT Cable Fault Locator Machine for identifying fault location in HT cable faults complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair,maintenance and Servicing of 33 KV HT porclain clad VCB out door type with remote control panel complete Make CG/Schinder/siemens (a) checking insulation of VCB (b) servicing of spring charge motor including oiling and greasing (c ) checking of connections of control cables with remote panel with VCB panel for remote operation . (d) relay setting as per load (e) replacement of control cable connectors . (i) The VCBs are installed at MRS (ii) Spare parts if replaced & shall be measured and paid separately under supply only. (iii) Servicing shall be got carried out by autharised rep of VCB Manufactrurer and the service engineer shall submitt a service/Testing report for each VCB. (iv) minor items required for servicing shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. No extra cost has been paid to the contractor on this account.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened ,dry sand for filling in trenches/sub stations below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing/ cleaning/site clearance not exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to making good to the area as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for /pole cable protection including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer complete accssories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacment GI pipe Light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches/fixed on pole with suitable clamp all as specified for 100 mm bore of pipe for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for testing litghtening arrestor Expulsion out door type assembly suitable for 11 KV including all clamps ,nuts, bolts and washers and connection to earth with 32 x 6 mm GI strip and including expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 Volts including dismantling and taking down old, deteriorated, lightening, arrestor ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 60x60cmx 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip strip of 20x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for preparing the surface dust free oil free and clean complete two ploe/four pole structure etc and applying two coat of aluminium paint according to MES colour coding such as pole, structures,angle, GO DO etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note : Each job will mean painting work in each installation.

S&F in repairs end termination box LT side with cover made of 3mm thick MS sheets including fibre board insulation sheets and nut bolts and washer including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of red oxide zinc chorme primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

.M&L for Preparation of old painted iron surfaces of the transformer upto capacity 100 kva to 630 KVA, by cleaning / scrapping completely and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer on the transformer as per MES colour with MES No complete all as directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Painting shall be carried out with Spray Gun using compressor.

Supply and laying for stone aggregate of size 40mm graded layed on ground of two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, EACH WAY of RMU 400/630/800 Amp rating from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possible mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, indication system, including checking the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replaced blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling including motorised operation and connection to HT panel & before filling of gas leakage testing carried out (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfaction by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The RMUs are installed at Tech area,Dometic area and RMU are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & if Gas if filled shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

S&F for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green 33000 V, grade ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 33000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
