Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings of poles etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage any type pole complete all as specified and directed . Note - Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately as these respectively.

Supply and fixing for mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as specified and directed . Note :- PCC , earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix for gang operated air break switches, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level Vertical type for rating upto 400 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty including taking down complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for drop out fuse assembly complete set with Insulator-02 Nos and connected accessories for 11000 Volts grade of 400 Amps capacity including taking down U/S DO fuse assmbly complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix gang operated air break switches, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level horizontal type /Vertical type in double stack type for rating upto 400 Amps, 33000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with DO fuse unit 11 KV/ 33 KV rating 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts refixed the same after repair including proper allienment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

M & L for restraining of HT /LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified.

S & F for sealed lead acid battery for constant voltage charge of capacity 12V , 7Ah including taking out the unserviceable battery complete all as speciifed and as directed.

S & F for lithium battery for RMU ER 14250 ,3.6V ,1/2AA ,1200mAh including taking out unserviceable battery complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushes, Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigetion of serviceable and unserviceable items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete. (c) Replacinig unserviceable LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet. (d) Re installation of TFR including reassembling of core / winding assebly complete including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity . NOTE FOR ITEM NO 42 :- (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured seperately . (ii) Transportation of TFR measured and paid seperately . (iii) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer will be measured & Paid separataly. (iv) In case HV / LV Winding found damages then Contactor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately. (v) The rate of cork sheet & Packing Material for following cap of TFR are included in the quoted rate of transformer capacity 100 to 160 KVA .

M&L for Dehydration of transformers oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode including toping up of Transformer oil if required at site . Note: (i) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines is arrange by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly.

Supply and top up of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II with dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode complete and including necessary transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace of silica gel cristal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/ repalcement of heavy duty breather assembly with Silica Gel cristal complete for Transformer upto 300 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair/replacement of Winding tempreture gauge for Transformer 0 - 150 C complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & Painting of transformer complete of capacity up to 63 to 250 KVA 11/.433 KV outdoor / Indoor type with one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by sprey painting machine on transformer & Making SM NO on surface of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 56 but capacity 300 to 500 KVA 11/0.433 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Lead acid battery 2 volt 200 AH TUBULAR (TBS) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth lead wire protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for HT Cable rout indicator made out of PCC Post of 1:2:4 of size not less than 20 x 15 cm and one meter height with making embossing the following letters of size 100 mm in the PCC Post " HT CABLE " including necessary excavation and PCC 1:2:4 (30 X 30 x 30 CM ) for embeding in the ground complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Synthetic insulating rubber mat suitable for 33 KV HT installation of size 2 m x 1m x 25 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for digital over current protection relay ( 3 OC + 1 EF & INST. Protection ) with micro processor based complete all as specified and directed . Make - CG , Cat No - CGI 14 N/C OR equivalent Make of L & T / Siemence / C & S . NOTE : - Relay is suitable as per existing type / Make for 11 / 33 KV VCB'S / Control Panel .

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of Current/ Potential transformer (CT and PT) 33 KV outdoor type, steel structure mounted type of any capacity including disconnecting of CT/PT from electric system including taking out from existing position, decanning of transformer oil, opening of cover complete checking of all connection and including replacing of old transformer oil and all gaskets, complete new painting as per existing and providing greasing/lubrication to other jointing/rusting components, reconditioning electric connections, replacinig unserviceable HT bushing, rubber / cork oil seals and damage spindle as required complete all as specified and ditected.

Servicing / Calibration to 33 KV HT VCB panel and PCOB for Vaccum interruptor complete including the following : switching off electric supply, Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning, replacing closing buffer, triping buffer (VMX type), V I connection gap check, motor coil resistance check, closing coil resistance check, spring charging cut off switch check, aux switch check, NO-NC states check, trip coil resistance check, testing details, timing test, oil value test, breaker timing test, connector resistance test, IR value test, HV test, mechanical and electrical mechanism check, counter reading check, shock observer check, pre close/ post close circuit check, test and service position limit switch check, breaker drive screw operation check, trip coil assemble operation check, mechanical latch . Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete to be replaced where reqd all as directed by EIC. Note:- (1) Maitenance of all HT VCB will be carried out as per maintenance schedule (2) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre. (3) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

Servicing / Calibration to 11KV HT VCB/RMU panel complete including the following (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB of 630 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including replacing closing buffer, triping buffer (VMX type), VI connection gap check, motor coil resistance check, closing coil resistance check, spring charging cut off switch check, aux switch check, NO-NC states check, trip coil resistance check, testing details, timing test, oil value test, breaker timing test, connector resistance test, IR value test, HV test, mechanical and electrical mechanism check, counter reading check, shock observer check, pre close/ post close circuit check, test and service position limit switch check, breaker drive screw operation check, trip coil assemble operation check, mechanical latch . Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete to be replaced where required . Note:- (1) Maitenance of all HT VCB will be carried out as per maintenance schedule (2) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre. (3) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
