Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes , complete all as specified, of following description: -

Flame proof tube LED light fitting 1x16 watt with & including LED tube 16W, CMRI certified recommended suitable for gas/vapur of IIA & IIB and Zone 1& 2 having IP-65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with driver, holder, connector etc complete suitable for fixation on wall/roof including connecting up with three core suitable size twisted flexible copper conductor with complete. MAKE: Crompton Cat Part - EXTN2LT8-16/20 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Flame proof weather proof rotary switch, single pole on & off with cable termination box in LM6, 16 Amp rating, 250 volt, complete.

Electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 kw capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rating complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, steel PVC connector for hot water etc complete all as specified. MAKE: Havells Cat No. GHWAFATWB025 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, GI strip of size 32mm x6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and Including GI strip 32x6 mm size as earthing lead by means of GI or steel bolts/nuts/washers, test points made of GI Strip 40x8 mm, 10 cm long, protected by 40 mm bore upto 5 meter length GI light grade pipe. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) Earth resstance shall be less than 3 ohm. In case the test results are not found less than 3 ohm, complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
