Supply and fixing in repairs end termination (Heat shrinkable) joint kit suitable for 1.1 KV UG XLPE cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and fixing in repairs end termination (Heat shrinkable) joint kit suitable for 1.1 KV UG XLPE cable of size 150 to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Junction box of size 250mm x 200mmm x 105mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable/wire complete comprising of aluminium bus bar for 3 phases & neutral, insulated with insulators, including colour coding and 01 Nos MCB 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and direcetd.

S & F GI pipe of light grade 40 mm dia fixed on poles as in protection pipe of required length as per site requirement all as specified and directed using 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F GI pipe of light grade 50 mm dia fixed on poles as in protection pipe of required length as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles including taking down old PCC copping of poles all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged type pole 410 SP 31(9 mtr long) including foundation complete with cast iron /MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm continously welded at the centre of the pole and MS cap at the top of the pole all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5 mtr from GL and making of size 30 cm wide of black and white synthetic enamel paint alternately upto 1.5 m from ground level complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Burnt bricks sub class 'B' laid flat dry across the cable for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Consolidated / Punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to existing system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr long fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as per electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion. (Note:- GI strip and GI pipe beyond 7.5M long shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size 0.6x0.6x0.3 mtr and double door, canopy, dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size 150/ 120/95/70/ 50/25/ 16/10 sqmm 3.5 core suitable MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm with aluminium busbar size 600 Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, Bolt and Washer (16 Nos) & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/ plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from groundwith PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including provision of for incomong and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
