S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement,, complete all as specified and shown on drawing for SI No. 08080on Srl Page No. 176 of SSR (Part-II) and as directed.

S&F factory made IInd class Hard wood (Hollock/Kalasiris/Brjsal/Gamari) (kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutters ( Two panels),with lock rail and penel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particles board with commercial veneering on both faces. the size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood (Hollock/Kalasiris/Brjsal/Gamari) (kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze, etc, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides as in cupboard shutter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard shutters, shelves, partition, etc, including provision of 2nd Class Hardwood(Teak wood) lipping, 6 mm thick fixed with nails including dismantling of old ones, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frame of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of pproved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Notes for item no 37 and 38:- (i) Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. (ii) The accessories (including Aluminium mongries etc) required to be provided for windows, vents and doors as per directions of Engineer-in-charge shall be provided but weight for the same shall not be considered for payment. (iii) Cost of all the items, accessories & Aluminium mongries required for the entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes, wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass of ordinary quality frosted one side and and glazing for Aluminium Joinery, in squares n.exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly as Bricks(old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement morter (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash Bricks(old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:4) as in half brick thick walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound and polyster tringular fibre as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC and polyster tringular fibre shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls, applying two coats of wall care Putty (minimum thickness of two layers shall be 1.5mm) and thereafter applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or any tint as approved, over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair stainless steel kitchen plate rack of overall approx size 600 x 900 x 250mm, complete all as specifiied and directed.

S &F in repair 300mm, mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate, complete all as specifiied and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) 15mm thick (Table rubbled and polished ) in n steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 mm thick PVC steel plelaminated economic/ economic colour both side, cut accordingly to the size of the cabinet or for kitchen drawer provided and the groove to be made on the one edge so that the overlapping could be done for double leaf shutter includoing fixing with 1.25'' Mild steel screw to the frame with the channel, complete the work as per manufacturer instructions, including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 9mm thick sheet plelaminated economic/ economic colour both side, cut according to the size of the cabinet Sqm or fo kitchen drawer provided and the groove to be made on the one edge so that the overlapping coild be done for double leaf shutter includoing fixing with 1.25'' Mild steel screw to the frame with the channel, complete the work as per manufacturer instructions, including dismantling old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F telescope drawer channel 20" steel silver chrome plated fixed with mild steel screw to the frame with cannel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel handles 100mm fixed with screw complete all as specified and as directed.
