No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, for upgradation, a contractor should have completed works with a value of more than 1.25 times the requirement, and the average marks secured in Performance Reports for the works completed in the last five years should not be less than 70%. In case the report for any work is not available, it will be deemed to contain only 60% average marks.
