FENCING OF HT YARD

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia GI wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge using hot dipped galvanized wire of 4mm dia (The rate for civil works for excavation, brick masonry, PCC shall be paid separately) Note: Tenderers to consider provision of a lockable gate of adequate width required for removal of equipmnet during maintenance. Also a man entry gate (lockable) of width 1m shall be considered. Both gates shall be measured as part of the chain link fencing in running meters.

Supplying and filling the HT yard with 40 mm size hard blue granite metal for a thickness of 75 mm over a layer of compacted sand bed of thickness 50 mm complete including all labor etc.

Supplying and laying of 3CX240 mm² XLPE insulated 33 KV Grade (UE) armoured aluminium cable Technical Specification 4004007790-TS-103 Rev 0 from DP structure to VCB Panel & VCB Panel to transformer etc. including clamping wherever required. The work includes supplying and filling sealing compound at either ends of the GI pipes wherever provided for cable protection. (Make: Polycab / CCI / KEI / RPG / Torrent / Universal / Havells / Gupta Power / GEMSCAB/Uniflex/Crystal/KEC International/Ravin). Note: The civil item on excavation, sand filling, cable protection tiles, GI pipes etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective civil item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33 KV, 1250A HT VCB Panel (IP-42) as per specifications 4004007790-TS-101 Rev 0. Panel shall include supply and installation, grouting, materials, drilling, cutting, welding provision of base channel & painting of approved colour/ complete as per shade, relay coordination, load manager etc equipment specification, specifications sheet, feeder details, Technical Particular. (Make: Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (Formerly L&T automation), ABB, Schneider Electric, SIEMENS, Crompton Greaves, Jyoti, BHEL). Note: The channel supports on cable trench required to position the panels shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and providing including labour and materials, push on type HT jointing kit RAYCHEM / MAHINDRA / CCI make suitable for 3CX240 mm² 33 KV grade (UE) armoured aluminium cable with necessary accessories, crimping, earthing, jointing with copper crimped type sockets etc. complete

(MAKE: Schneider Electric, Crompton Greaves, VOLTAMP, Sudhir Intra Vidyut, Ind Coil, Kerala Electric, Kirlosker, ABB, BHEL, Raychem RPG, Transformers and Rectifiers India) Note: a) Foundation works shall be paid separately under respective civil item. The cost should include necessary filtration of oil and furnishing of test certificates prior to charging of the transformer. b) The civil item on excavation, sand filling, cable protection tiles, GI pipes etc. shall be measured and paid separately under respective civil item.

Vitreous enamel caution boards (HINDI / ENGLISH) as per IS 2551 including fixing on the wall with all required hardware etc. complete.

PART - II: CABLE LAYING AND TERMINATION

Supplying of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated armoured aluminium / copper, FRLS cables as per Technical Specification (4004007790-TS-103 Rev 0) and horizontal and vertical laying as per Cables Schedule (4004007790-PCIS-115 Rev 0) of the following sizes in readymade concrete or soil trenches, trays, risers, support hangers, saddles etc, pulling through pipe on walls, floors and columns, steel structures including transportation from stores to site, unpacking, erection, dressing including supply and fixing of aluminium tags for identification of cable at both ends and at every 30 meter interval, providing GI saddles, saddle bars GI / Al clamps for cables laid vertically on walls / column / structures etc, GI bolts, nuts and washers complete with all labour, material and as per specification enclosed and direction of site in-charge. (Make: GEMSCAB, Universal, KEI, Polycab, RPG, Havells, CCI, Torrent, Gupta Power, RAVIN, KEC International, Crystal, Finolex, Uniflex, CORDS, RR KABEL) Note: a. The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, Glands, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Item. b. The necessary civil works shall be measured and paid separately under respective civil items. c. Tenderers to note that cables being dismantled and quantity already available at site shall be used in works at appropriate places and balance quantity as per site requirement shall be procured and supplied for completion of works.

Supply, Installation & grouting of HT cable marker (route) with suitable engraving of voltage level along the cable route, at every bend of the trench and at every 30 M in straight run for identifying and locating the cables directly buried underground. The marker shall be of cast iron 5mm thick plate with arrow indicating the route of the cable. (Refer drg. no. GDE 1267 page 1 to 2) The concreting ratio for purpose of grouting shall be 1:2:4

PART- III: EARTHING AND LIGHTENING PROTECTION

Supply, installation, erection, testing and commissioning of GI earth electrode of 100 mm dia, 3.8 m long perforated pipe with necessary funnel etc complete as per drawing (PDS E604, PDS E605, PDS E610 & PDE E611 etc) enclosed. The Hot Dip Galvanizing (900 gm/M² as per IS-4759) shall be done after all fabrication. The Electrode shall be made from one pipe, however 10 percent supply can be with one joint. The scope of work include earthwork excavation, refilling with alternate layers of charcoal and salt, back filling and construction of brick masonry earth pit including plastering in CM 1:4 and supplying and providing a cover etc complete as per drawings & directions at site.

Supply, laying, installation, connection by welding, testing and commissioning of hot dip galvanised earthing strip (Galvanizing 900 gm/M²) of the following sizes in excavated or RCC trenches along with cables or otherwise clamping where ever required, bitumen painting at the welded joints, connecting at both ends by making hole to earth pit / earth bus / equipment including supply of all hardware and consumables etc. as per drawing enclosed and as per directed by site in-charge.

PART IV: DISMANTLING WORKS

Note: Tenderers to note that the item covered under dismantling shall include all material handling equipment, labour, safety/ protection devices etc in order to complete the works. Tenderers are also advised to note the site conditions prior to submitting their rates. The necessary Line Clear (LC) from the Electricity Board shall be organized by IOCL prior to undertaking dismantling. The dismantled materials shall be shifted to designated place within the depot and handed over to the safe custody of the Corporation

Dismantling of existing, 11 KV, HT VCB Panel including removing the existing termination (incomer/ outgoing).

Dismantling of existing, 1000 KVA, 11 KV / 433 V Transformer including removing the existing termination (incomer/ outgoing).

Removal of HT / LT cables at the following areas after disconnections at both ends.

11 KV HT Cable from DP Structure to HT VCB Panel & HT VCB Panel to Transformer

1.1 KV LT Cables from PMCC to Transformer / HT Panel etc as per direction of site incharge. Note: All dismantled cables shall be property of the Corporation.

PART V : MISCELLANEOUS AND CIVIL WORKS

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides & ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within or outside the site at an unobjectionable place.

Excavation in Hard Rock (Requiring Drilling / Chiselling)

Supply and placing RCC slab (Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm) excuding reinforcement of 300 mm wide X 40 mm thk as per IS 1255 for protection of UG HT cables and direction of site in-charge.

Supply and spreading approved fine river sand in cable trenches for cables directly buried under ground as per drawing of overall cable layout and specification for cable laying.

Supply, fabrication and installation of class B type GI pipe as per IS-1239 (part-1) of following sizes for cable protection, floor sleaves etc. fixed on steel structure, concretes, laid in trenches including cutting, bending, threading etc. as required, including supply of GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers, complete with all labour and material as per the direction of site in-charge.

Supply and fabrication and erection of various sizes of MS supports brackets, base frames, hangers, risers, racks, clamps etc. For different electrical equipment as and where required. The job will include cutting, drilling, welding, reveting, bolting, grouting, etc of Steel structural with two coats of epoxy base red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint (80 micron) shade 632 of IS-5 including supply of all consumables, necessary hard wares, paints etc.

Supply, fabrication and erection of 6 mm thick chequered plate on cable trench inside switch room, DG room, earthing pit including cutting, painting, lifting hooks & applying panting as per specification etc complete

Supply, providing and laying of 150 mm dia non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : Light Duty of 0.07 MPa test pressure

Cutting, Chipping, Breaking RCC floor including cutting of bars and Brick Wall wherever necessary for making grooves / holes / cut out / Cable Trench etc and making good the damage after laying GI pipes cables etc with cement sand mortar make floor as required.

Demolishing brick work manually/mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material outside premises at an unobjectionable place as / direction of Engg-in-charge

Demolishing of cement concrete (1:3:6 or richer mix or equivalent) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material outside premises at an unobjectionable place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 Including Scaffolding. Brick work in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in superstructure ABOVE PLINTH & UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL

Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on surfaces with fine sand including curing etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 Fine Sand : 8 Graded stone aggregate of 40mm)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. RCC with 1 Cement :1½ Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Supply of Reinforcement for R.C.C. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete at all levels with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars Fe- 500 grade, Conforming to IS1786. Note: The rate is inclusive of all laps & wastages

Supply, installation including minor chipping and breaking and making good the damages of the wall openings in sub-station of 200 mm diameter stoneware pipe of 1.0 M length cable entry to S/S from outside. The work shall include sealing the mouth of pipe with sand, jute, bitumen compound etc. as necessary / directed after passing the cable through the pipes. The rate includes all consumables.

Liasoning Charges include Coordination with State Electricity Board for change in demand, preparation of drawings, obtaining drawing approval, arranging for inspection getting safety certificate from CEA authorities and energisation of HT Panel, Transformer, PMCC Room & Generator areas in synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & required etc supply to the installation. The contractor shall give 5 sets of approved as built drawings. The charges shall also include painting of single line diagram at shade as approved by site engineer. Note: a. The statutory payment to be made to the CEA authorities will be reimbursed at actual on submission of the original receipt to the owner. b. The job also includes all liasoning to be carried out with State Electricity Board authorities for obtaining necessary approval for successful commissioning of the facilities.
