Bullets: 03 Nos; capacity-150MT each

Supply of Radar type level gauge with complete system accessories for 150 MT Bullets (Size: Dia-3.87m & Length-29m). The gauge should be complete with remote display unit (RDU), field communication unit (FCU), software and other accessories suitable for gauging and transmitting level to a remote location. Rates should include TPI by IOCL approved TPIA in the country of manufacture. Gauge should be top mounting type. Gauge should give local reading near ground base, remote display in Pump House and also be equipped with a PC (in the control room). Rate is inclusive Local display. However separate rate items are considered for Remote Display and PC. Rate is inclusive of TFMS software with minimum features as per specifications and integration with existing software as per instruction of IOCL. Rate is inclusive of Spares for 03 no Radar Level Gauge: i) Power supply card & THE (Tank Head Electronics) – 03 No. & ii). Remote Display Unit – 3 no. Rates should be inclusive of all levies such as octroi, transit insurance, excise/custom duty and clearance, packing, forwarding, transportation charges. All electrical parts of the system shall be certified for explosion proof (flame proof service for Group II A and B gases). The rates include miscellaneous items such as i) isolation ball valve iii) 4" cone antenna, . Stillwell MOC 316SS of suitable length. The existing spare nozzle10Inx300# shall be utilized for installation.

Remote Display in PPH for Radar Gauge: As per existing Design the Radar Gauge reading should be available in LPG Pump House in Digital form on real time basis. The same shall be complete with all Junction Box, Fittings, Cable Termination, External Earthing, Cable Glanding etc.. The Make & Model should be approved by PESO for use in Gas Group IIA and IIB.
