Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.

PRE-FABRICATED STRUCTURAL SHED WITH TENSILE FABRIC ROOF COVER

Providing Design, Detailed Engineering, Structural Analysis, Fabrication, Supply , fixing, abd welding of Primary and secondary Prefabricated Steel Structure in Mild Steel built up tubular Pipes of APOLLO,JINDAL,TATA or Equivalent.Applying a Two Coat of Epoxy paint (Amine Abduct Care HB Epoxy Liner, (Berger : Epilux 78 HBTL 955)) over one coat of Iorganic ethylzinc silicate Primer after Rust Cleaning, surface preparation (SA 2-1/2 grit blasting) Process. All structural members shall be Painted with a minimum DFT(Dry Film Thickness) of 200 Microns of approved shade by Client/Archtitect. Including providing Design and Fixing imported tensile fabric not less than 750 GSM Imported Fabric with a Pro Rata Warranty of 10 Years . This Should also include Patterning, cutting, welding and cables Plates and necessary hardware for fixing of fabric as approved shape as per drawing, Membrane shall be cut and manufactured with High frequency PVC Welding Machine.(Complete job Except foundation upto base plate )

PAVER BLOCK ON ROAD AROUND DO BUILDING & CAR PARKING AREA

Providing & laying factory made reflective type Lacquered finish Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete. (Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately)

ii) M40 grade 80 mm thick reflective type Lacquered finish

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mixer plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all lead and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

i) With material confirming to grade-I (size 75 mm to .075 mm) having CBR value - 30, Thickness as desired

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to .075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

TAPPERED WALL -IOCL BEGUSARAI

Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished custom designed cold form Light Gauge Steel Framed cladding structure manufactured out of minimum 0.90 mm thick steel sheet as per design requirements. The steel sheet shall be galvanized (AZ-150gms Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated steel having minimum yield strength 300-550 Mpa) conforming to AISI specifications and IBC 2009 for cold formed steel framing and construction and also as per IS: 875-1987, ISO 800-1984 and IS:801- 1975. The wind load shall be as per provisions of IS 875 (part -III). LGSFS frame shall be designed as per IS: 801 using commercially available software such as Frame CAD Pro-11.7/ STAAD PRO-V8i/ArchitekV2.5.16/ Revit architecture-2011 or equivalent. Proper usage of Connection Accessories like L- Angle Cleat Connection accessories shall be used within the ceiling & floor track profile for better structural stability. The framing section shall be cold form C-type having minimum web depth 89 mm x 39mm flange x 11mm lip in required length as per structural design requirement duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations as per approved drawings. The slots will be along centre line of webs and shall be spaced minimum 250mm away from both ends of the member. The frame can be supplied in panelized or knock down condition in specific dimensions and fastened with screws extending through the steel beyond by minimum of three exposed threads. All self drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type II coating in accordance with ASTM B633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12, TPI 16 & 8 of length 20mm. The frames shall be fixed to RCC slab or Tie beam over Neoprene rubber using self expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings. design subject to minimum 12mm diameter and 121mm length conforming to AISI 304 and 316 at 500mm c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm in RCC and located not more than 300mm from corners or termination of bottom tracks complete in all respects. The rate includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above.

Providing and fixing of external cladding system on Light gauge steel frame work With 12 mm thick heavy duty fiber cement board confirming to IS 14862:2000, category IV type A (High pressure steam cured) as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make. A groove of 2 mm to 3mm shall be maintained and grooves shall be sealed with silicon based sealant. The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45mm (cost of frame work to be paid for separately). Make-Everest or equivalent.

The external face of 12 mm Everest Heavy Duty fibre cement board to be treated with Asian Smartcare system comprising of multipurpose polymer, repair mortar, 2 coats of Asian damp proof waterproofing solvent with roof tape at board joints with all required accesorries for fitting, all complete as per details, specification & drawing

Design & Fabrication & Installation of Tensile Fins - IOCL BEGUSARAI

Providing Design, Detailed Engineering, Structural Analysis, Fabrication, Supply of Primary Prefabricated Steel Structure in Mild Steel built up tubular Pipes of APOLLO or Equivalent. Applying a Two Coat of Enamel paint over one coat of Anti Oxide Enamel Primer after Rust Cleaning Process. All structural members shall be Painted with a minimum DFT(Dry Film Thickness) of 200 Microns of approved shade by Client. Providing Design and Fixing imported tensile fabric not less than 580 GSM Imported Fabric(Make: Serge Ferrari) or Equivalent fabric with a Pro- Rata Warranty of 10 Years . This Should also include Patterning, cutting, welding and cables, Plates and necessary hardware for fixing of fabric as approved shape as per drawing, Membrane shall be cut and manufactured with High frequency PVC Welding Machine. Total Area of Fabric(Approx.) = 125 Sqm = 1345 Sqft
